Room service could have been better.

Location was good, Breakfast was also nice. It is near to bus stand so you find lot of crowd nearby to this place. We booked the suite room and found it nice.

Breakfast was good but staff there (old one) was arguing that my breakfast was not at package once he got confirmation from reception then he said KHA LO. furthermore, he was continuing staring at us. which made us uncomfort and it happened both days in stay.

He upgraded my room as per availability and on same price which was really helpful for our family.

We couldn't pay with card. They acept only indian cards or cash. Not aceptable for a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast could have a few more options for foreign people.

Room was big and confortable. We didn't hear tp much noise of the streets what is good. Nice staff. They keept our luggage for a few hours, that was helpfull.

One could hear noises from other room. Cigarette smoke from other rooms enter your bathroom. Even filthy smell of others bathroom enter your bath and room. Toiletries are very bad. Poor restaurant. Poor breakfast quality and taste.

The size of the room

Everything from the word go was not good about the hotel. The approach road to the hotel from the main road was permanently closed and you need to take a detour to reach the small entrance of the hotel. In a 4 star hotel there was only 1 person at reception, who asked us to pay upfront for the stay. Seems he did not like our faces. There was no briefing about hotel amenities and the answers were only given if you have questions. No bell boys to take your luggage to the room, so pack what you can carry yourself. No air-conditioning in the lobby and it was dark. In the room the mini fridge was smelly. No wifi , even though the hotel boasts of free wifi in the room. When we tried to connect we were asked for a password and obviously we did not have one with us. The next day for breakfast we had to wait for things to come to the buffet even when we went 1 hour after the service started. After breakfast we went out and before leaving we told the receptionist to have our room made and was told that it would be done. When we returned at 4 in the evening the room was still in the same condition we left it and when asked why it was not made, the housekeeping team had no answer. Looked like shortage of staff in 4 star hotel There was nothing to make this a 4 star hotel. I am a hotel management graduate and can surely say this hotel is not more than 2 star. Booking.com should reconsider their association with this hotel
