IndiaThe stay was for very short period so we did not observe any thing which we didn't like. Not used restaurant so cannot comment on the quality and quantity of food.
We have not opted for the Breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach Rly station of to Banganga- starting point for Yatra. Plenty of shops around the hotel to buy Prasad and other items. All have by and large same rates

Location was very good right on the main road near to the market. The staff was very helpful -Amit specially was always a call away and ready to help. He also helped us arrange a vehicle to travel next day to Amritsar. Rooms were very spacious and worth the price. Highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for a such good Hospitality and amazing stay

I had breakfast and dinner both r cold not value for money.. even on check in time they send some unknown person to the room he just keep my bags and went out he did not even know that how to treat people.. very bad experience. Don't suggest these hotel to anyone.. it's Request. Even wi fi service is also very bad... If I want to give him grade i would give 10 out of -10 *( not value for money i have spent 9000/- for these kind of hotel)* Even in bathroom water dose not pass. Water logged at one palace only...

IndiaWe booked two rooms and faced the same issues in both the rooms as below: 1. Water blockage problem in both the bathrooms. 2. TV remotes were not available and it was neither arranged by the staff on multiple calls. 3. They don’t clean the room on daily basis. 4. They didn’t even change the dustbin on daily basis. 5. Room service is very slow.
The property is new, all the things are new. Sitauated near to Banga Ganga point. Food at restaurant is good.
