IndiaThe room service and restaurant definitely needs an upgrade! We were faced with issues like non-functional fans, a semi functional AC, and at one point of time we even got stuck in our own room because the door lock got stuck! Although they did fix these issues we had to constantly push to get it done on time. The restaurant has a good food choice. However, it takes ages for the staff to take an order and even more time for the order to arrive..so much so that after the first two experiences we had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant (their food is good and service is very fast!)
The location is fantastic! It felt like I was living on the beach! The sound of the waves lulling me to sleep was just perfect! The sea view cottages have the perfect view to wake up to! Loved how they kept little bowls at the entrance of each cottage to wash off the beach sand.. Overall, if u are looking to spend maximum time at the beach, this place is it!

United KingdomWe had a great stay at Coco’s beach resort from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The rooms are clean and light with large bathroom, comfortable bed, A/C and balcony. Great location on Palolem beach, close to everything and always good food and drinks on offer. The biggest thing for us and what really made the difference is every member of staff. They are kind, funny, helpful and just all round great people. 6 days was not enough time and we will definitely be back. We were so sad to leave, Thank you so much!

GermanyOnly downside is the noise. The huts are directly adjacent to the restaurant area. We stayed there for 5 nights, three of those nights there was music so loud that you just could not be in the room until 11 pm. On the national holiday there was party up until late at night. All other bars on beach had already closed at midnight and it was impossible to be in the room, the music was terribly loud, windows vibrating, so we had to wait outside. After that, unfortunately, it wasn't quiet. The staff was talking loudly. Which is really unfortunate, because everything else was really fine. But we would definitely not stay here again. Sadly, the party aspect wasn't indicated in the description on booking.com.
The location is nice, the huts are simple and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great and during the day there are sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach and you can order from the restaurant.

This is probably the happiest little resort on Palolem Beach. The staff we super helpful & super happy. The best start to our holiday. Food was delicious and plenty of choice. Great location, so good for families.

United KingdomWhen we booked (booking.com) the listing had a sea view, but on arrival we were told to secure a sea view hut you need to call them to check and book directly as the rate is higher. Instead our view was just the back of other (newly built and just being finished) huts which was a bit of a shame, but not a disaster. There was hot water but the shower was more of a dribble. At the weekends the bar plays loud music until 11/12pm which was also loud in our room. (So possibly not suitable for young families?)
The accommodation is very close to the beach, and the bar serves good food with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sun loungers and beach towels are available too. Staff are friendly. The rooms and furniture are basic but are a good size and clean, and the AC and fan were both working and effective. Bathroom was clean.

IndiaRoom was not see facing as shown at the time of booking, and was given on the back side on the 1st floor. I didn't get the invoice for the booking also while GST was included, which was booked via booking.com.
Location was good, but no free wifi. Food is also average compare to the prices.
