we faced issues with check in and check out , as we faced issues on checkout time and has to pay extra, checkin and out timings is different from Booking.com, its disappointing as staff didnt even inform us

It’s a beautiful property , with jungle all around and waterfall sound keeps coming whole day , which is very soothing. It’s like a town in there , great place to go with family. Rooms are very nice, value for money .

Difficult to call reception people as the intercom wasn't working. Food options were minimal. They don't have a lunch option

Only issue I found is that you should find a solution for bringing the guest from room to reception area as the walk to and fro on the steep road is quiet difficult

There is stiff climb to reach to the rooms which will make it difficult if you are travelling with elderly people. Hotel informed they are planning an elevator.

I took the vacation to relax in the serenity of nature.There is a small waterfall in the property which made the experience unique. Around 4 am there were a group of Malabar whistling thrush which used to sing. I mean that was something I will remember forever. The staff were nice. Food was good.

The property doest have play area and no cell phone coverage. Though free wifi was available, the strength was very week.

We stayed at wooden cottage and it was a different experience. Food was excellent.

The room are located on an incline where by climbing is difficult and tiresome hope they will take care of same.

beautiful wooden cottages, and waking up to the sound of birds and the forest was awesome. The staff is so welcoming and always ready to help. The food is so so yum and excellent. Veera was the best in helping out.. Thank you Venu and all the staff for making our stay a memorable one😁

Water Falls its sound in the nighttime was pleasing. The Rooms were good but not very spacious.

THE FOOD WAS GOOD. But bit expensive. we had been in January month end, felt very lonely. Hardly they were anyone in the resort. was bit scary. It is was very new property, still some work is going and ready to occupy though.
