We stay here once a year, at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience, and the best part is its prime location. So, you can walk to everything.

Had wifi issue somedays but mobile hotspot did the work. Toiletries were missing. Rest amenities were available as per mentioned in the site.
Had a fantastic stay at Collection O Brookefield Central! The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, wardrobes to store cloths, the bathroom spotless, and the cozy bed made for a restful night’s sleep. The facilities were top-notch, and the location added great value for the price. However, what truly impressed me was the location of this hotel and exceptional cleanliness.
