Indoor activity not there and kids play areas not maintained well

Fire camp indoor activity no Much options even kids play area not maintained well… only we need enjoy scenic otherwise it’s boring… no proper indoor activity… inspite of asking staff won’t respond and take action… food options are less but whatever s available was good… good place as the view s good … room hygiene need u prove and no handwash or toilet paper

While my stay at Contour Island Resort & Spa was enjoyable, improvements could be made regarding the access road, which was a bit challenging to navigate. Additionally, having female spa staff available for female guests would enhance the comfort and overall experience.

During my stay at Contour Island Resort & Spa by Citrine in Wayanad, I was truly captivated by the serene quietness and the breathtaking natural beauty surrounding the property. The stunning view of the river added an extra layer of tranquility, and the spa experience was rejuvenating. Strolling around the property was a delightful way to connect with nature, making my visit truly memorable.

The recreational facilities require maintenance.

The location is very serene and extremely beautiful! The lake view from our room was breathtaking! The entire staff at Contour & Spa, from reception to housekeeping, was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Chef Ajit and his team took good care of us and served amazing vegan food that met our requirement. Spa service was also good.

Amenities and Food can be better considering it’s a resort. Overall maintenance is not good. Phone didn’t work but we got number of manager who was responsive. Overall good stay

Room size is not all that great and needs upgrades. The facilities too need a lot of upgrades including the gaming areas. Could improve cleanliness in the common areas.

Everything had to be asked for multiple times, from glasses to bath towels. They kept on giving excuse that the weekend was busy. They were ill prepared with necessities, and asked us to adjust. First day we didn’t get bath towel, and the second day we got an unclean one, that too only one was given for a booking of 2. Overall not at all worth the amount they charged

they charged for 3rd person in the room even though I booked for 3 people per room. they said the rate was only for 2 people per room. the booking.com or hotel should display proper rate based on the number of people reserved

Road to resort for upto 1.5 km is pathetic (complete stones and single vehicle can go at a time ) and there is no safety on the road side as it goes towards down hill . For this cost also I feel it's more . Booked for 3 nights , but it's okay for 1 night stay not for longer. No AC No Wifi in room Hot water - you have to wait for an hour for next person Dish was not working in room (when asked they have recharged it ) Need to improve house keeping (no proper cleaning) etc...many things need to be improved

Rooms could do with a little upkeep and improvement. Hot water was a trickle and the shower barely worked. No hand towels in the room. Room cleaning/housekeeping could be improved (like providing clean cups/replenishing coffee/tea).

There was no Wi-Fi available in our room. it is only available in some of the rooms. Only South Indian cuisine available for breakfast. could have made some international cuisine along with it.

Food was not that impressive. We took lake view king room. On the first day, room alloted to us was not neat and comfortable. There were too many insects inside the room to which my kids developed allergic reaction.
