Property not maintained properly. Facilities inside the room was not up to the mark. Linens were dirty. Ac not working properly but charged extremely high.. Though it was not season the charges for the rooms were on higher side with no facility for food in their own kitchen or outside nearby upto kms radius.

We had a very disappointing stay. The room was untidy upon arrival, and to make matters worse, the AC wasn’t working. When we brought it up with the reception, the staff insisted we had booked a Non-AC room. However, we clearly had booked an AC room, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the reception guy gave a very immature response, saying, “They haven’t updated it on the booking website.” That’s not an acceptable excuse. On top of that, the bedsheets had visible stains, which made the whole experience feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, not at all worth the money, and definitely not a place we’d recommend or return to.

Our stay at Coorgnest was fantastic! The rooms were clean and inviting, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the delicious food paired perfectly with relaxing by the inviting swimming pool.

Very very poorly maintained rooms , dirty bedsheets, age old beds with plenty of bed bugs. While booking, they told the rate is including dinner and breakfast, but to avail that we have to travel eight kilometres to another hotel.Drinking water,soap, towel were not available in room. Overall the stay at this place was nightmare. My humble request is to never choose this property.

We had booked 2 superior rooms with 2 queen beds as we were 8 of us, however we did not get the promised rooms , we got rooms with queen bed and an extra bed . There was no room service at all. We asked for tea and was given tea after 40 min. Linen was not fresh. Bit very approachable from the main road.

Did not like anything. The bed had bed bugs, the ac didn't work, no batteries in tv remote. No hot water. We were the only guests in the whole property at night. Ordered food at 2.30, which came at 4

I stayed here last year once and it was good so I booked second time. But when I visited second time in this August it was pathetic. Now management has been changed and they were not even maintained it properly. Now food is also not available here. Hope soon they will back in track and maintain it properly because location is good and it good for group of people.
