during night there was a lot of noise, difficult to sleep there was probably a rat visiting the toilet and eating my soaps

I think the word to describe these is primitive. They are essentially garden sheds with a bed and air con. Bathroom was bolted and built with seemingly scrap wood. Not somewhere you would spend a lot of time to do anything but sleep! Also no offer of a refresh of towels etc - we were there 4 nights.

Great value for money in a brilliant location. Lovely and helpful restaurant and bar staff with free? sun loungers if you eat/drink enough. Great Aircon. Decent shower pressure and Wi-Fi surprisingly good!

They have a restaurant and the food was below average for the price. There are other restaurants nearby. Don’t go for shacks as they tend to be costlier

Property 50m from beach. Budget rooms were clean and AC was working fine. Staff were good. Parking was available for free(limited spots).

While the huts were nice on the outside, the insides left a bit to be desired. My room smelt musty and the walls are painted lime green. There was only a bright central light. The floor was a bit dirty and the bathroom cabinet door was hanging off as was the toilet seat.

It's a great location near the centre of Palolem beach. The restaurant was good and was on the beachfront with the accommodation stretching back into the trees. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was good value for the area. Huts look good from the outside.

The manager was too helpful. I left my earphone while leaving the hut. She sent it to my office through courier service. Her behaviour was too polite and friendly. I loved the huts. It's located just next to the beach. I loved it. Will visit here again.

The rooms are ok and the bathroom needs to be more tidy. The chairs kept outside are not in good condition. The cottage/stay's owner is very good but The restaurant/shack people only treat you well if you buy something from them, or else they don't care about you. The fans were not working properly in all the rooms, later they gave a cooler. So that needs to be fixed

We had bought three rooms. The stay accessible and is very much near the beach. The property is also very nice and the food at the shack is also very tasty. The rooms are good for the budget. The cottage/stay's owner is very nice and she is cooperative.

The location is very peaceful and beautiful, set among palm trees and plants. The rooms are large and comfortable. The owner Sunil and his staff are very friendly and so helpful.

Huts were rundown, dirty, in total disrepair. Old shabby furniture , mouldy bathroom. No shower just a jug. No hot water. No mosquito nets. Nowhere to hang anything. The surroundings of the Hut were like in a dump. Although this place is relatively cheap in palolem it is still bad value for money. We stayed one night and moved on.
