if you arrive after hours, it can be a little hard to get the staff's attention in order to get into the property

It was difficult to find - we used Google maps, and it placed the house wrong.

Great place in central location, but on quiet side street away from noisy main roads. Very clean, quiet, spacious room with proper furnishing - a table with chairs to sit, desk for writing, a small kitchenette, wardrobe and space for suitcases. WiFi worked well. Polite and friendly owner and staff. Delicious Indian breakfast!

Very friendly helpful staff right from the get go Sanjay helped me with a dodgy Uber driver trying to charge me twice. Very pleasant no stress stay. Perfect for easing me into India for my time here. Definitely recommend and would stay there again if I’m ever back this way.

The room doesn't get much natural light, so is a bit gloomy.

My room really was a suite, large and comfortable. Sanjay, the proprietor, was delightful. He organised a great driver, Ayub, to take me sightseeing in Mysore for the day. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel is tucked into a quiet road off a main road, surrounded by huge beautiful trees. The hotel offers a reasonable laundry service.

Our room was quit dark because there was no direct daylight. The window was on a meter from another big building.

The phone in my room wasn’t working. The road leading up to this property needs repair.

The host went out of his way to help with any issues, order my choice of breakfast, and call a cab whenever I needed it. I also appreciated that the place was so quiet and comfortable, I could sleep well.

Basic rooms but very comfortable and quiet. Good shower. Great location with markets one side and Church Road and Metro not far away. Good service allowed us an early check in when our retrain arrived early. Happy with our stay.

Really well situated considering how close it is to the centre. So quiet too. Rooms impeccably clean and the beds very clean and comfortable. Hot water on demand. Very spacious rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing too much for them to cater to your needs

There was no hot water at the late evening, but this is minor inconvenience.

The hotel is very well located,next to 2 metro stations and Cubbon park. The room and common zones are clean and comfortable, even better than on the pictures. Highly appreciate the spirit of hospitality and very supportive staff, all of requests were handled quickly.

A small quaint place with personalised attention to detail. Very comfortable with facilities to make the room feel at home. Very peaceful, no disturbance within or external. Easy availability of transport to get going anywhere from here and back. And most importantly a very gracious host. Such hospitality needs to be commended. Staff too is available and yet discreet.
