We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MaldivesThe rooms were not serviced (especially change of garbage bins), which were not done daily. Room faced another local resident balcony. Curtains blocked the view. Room had moth balls, which my son was allergic to. It's probably to keep small cockroaches away (which i came across the hallway, never in the room)
The staff were extremely helpful. Especially when my colleague left her phone in an Uber car. The guy in the reception took it very personal and tracked the driver down and got in contact and got the phone back. The room service was great as the dishes were amazing. The location was perfect, and getting an Uber was easy even in high traffic times. The breakfast was Veg with bread and toast options. The tea was amazing. Overall, it was a good experience.

IndiaThe surrounding area of the Hotel was not that appealing. The roads leading to the hotel and with houses surrounding the hotel were not that pleasing, but it was good inside the hotel with the facilities and service. I noticed that there was shop right around the corner just backside to this hotel which had all necessary essentials. I felt hotel could have been just in parallel to the next road where the shop was, it would have been excellent as that road and surroundings were good
Hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were excellent and cordial. The Breakfast and Dinner was good at the restaurant. The staff attended immediately on requests raised and were very supportive and excellent service. Kudos to the customer service team.

Great location, especially if you want to visit Phoenix Mall and places close to Hebbal and north of Bangalore. The breakfast was really good and fresh.

IndiaThe restaurant takes too much time to provide the orders, that can be reduced. Other than this no negatives at all. Our stay was delightful as the hotels name.
The reception and the room service were good. A good calm and quiet place with spacious rooms for my kids to play. A good balcony with some family dinner in the open air. With the price it was a good experience.
