Every thing was better then I expected so I would say I liked every thing.

Small hotel, but with all the facilities you need to relax. Rooms are bigger then you get in a five star hotel, Staff are always there to help you. Call and ask staff for something and it’s there in your room straight away. I had my doubts going into the hotel but have no doubts that every time it will be this hotel I book. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so easy. We also got to check out at 4.30pm on request so thanks again to the person who made that happen. Overall I did not find a single thing I can complain about. Thank you to management and staff. Hope we were not too demanding as we were there for two weeks.

1. No hangers in the wardrobe - does the hotel expect guests to bring their own hangers? 2. No hooks in the bathroom - where do we hang our clothes while taking a bath ?? 3. No dry - wet area separation. A shower curtain cannot be that expensive to put in a deluxe room ? Impossible to not get wet foot prints all over the room after a shower 3. Room service delayed by more than 45 mins 4. Dishes not collected. When we checked in we had to navigate carefully - sidestepping dishes kept outside the door 5. TV located at a location which made it impossible to view from the bed - quite idiotic in fact 6. A small balcony overlooks another residence balcony about 10 ft away. Impossible to open the curtain. Room was dark as a result in the day time 7. 2 guests - but only 1 bottle of complimentary water. Why??

The rooms are compact, it's situated between residential area, so no proper ventilation, no provision to open the windows.

Food in the restaurant was excellent, all tasted really good.

Everything was top standard, nothing too much trouble sweet and compact building with peace Arshiya on the front desk was beyond all time from suggesting restaurants nearby to helping us with booking cabs kudos! Keep it up I would definitely recommend it to all those who are looking for business travel.

location is bad, getting an auto or cab from this place to Manyata is a problem. it takes ages to get your ordered item, even tea.

The balconies were dirty with dove poop. We found a centipede in the room. I stayed 2 times in 3 different rooms. Some rooms are good, some not that great.

Value for money. The room service staff was exceptional. Breakfast was great and so was the food ordered inhouse. Very courteous and accommodating.

Twice complained at the reception about no hot water. Someone else's food bill was added to my room. Rooms smell weird
