No wifi signal was available in our room, even after complaining for 2 straight days. The booking said our room had a landmark view but all the view we had was of next building. Also room heater was charged extra.

We liked the location of the hotel and breakfast buffet.

Parking was a bit congested, and we needed to call security every time we need to park our vehicle. The restaurant on the 1st floor was not clean and waited long for the menu. The bathroom was not clean and exhaust fan sound was disturbing throughout the stay and the room window frame was uncleaned.

It was a very good view from the balcony, the room was clean and tidy and the room service was responsive. The breakfast buffet was good. Any time hot water was available.

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights from 11.4.23 to 15.4.23 in Premium room ( 7 k rent per night) ROOM NO 502 .Breakfast spread is very limited and repeatitive. Particularly no pongal. Only the Uppma was changing from rava uppma,TO semiya uppma to poha. Hot water facility --very good. Front Office managed by Mr. Mohan and his Bengali collegue --very good. Sub staff from North East---very good--Polite and well behaved. PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING SUGGESTION AT LEAST FOR PREMIUM ROOMS WE WERE OLD COUPLE ABOVE 70 YEARS AND STAYED IN ROOM 502. NO BATHING STOOL IN BATH ROOM. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR OLDER PERSONS. ONE CAN BE PROVIDED. SITTING FACILITY IN THE ROOM IS VERY VERY POOR. THE DIWAN PROVIDED IS JUST A BENCH WITH CUSHION SEAT. NO BACK REST CUSHION. CANNOT SIT AND WATCH TV. WE SIT FOR LONG HOURS IN THE ROOM. PLEASE PROVIDE A 2 SEATER SOFA WITH OUT FAIL. THE BALCONY CHAIR IS NOT COMFORTABLE. THE BACK REST HAS NO CUSHIO.N IT IS IA KNITTED WIRE CHAIR WITH REXINE COVER. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME GOOD CHAIR. VIEW OF LAKE FROM ROOM 502 IS VERY POOR. ONLY THE ROOF OF THE BREAK FAST AREA IS VISIBLE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. OVERALL VALUE FOR MONEY IS POOR. RESTARUANT IS VERY SMALL , WAITING AND SERVING TAKES A VERY LONG TIME.
