-The food was not the best we had on our trip - slightly bland, catering to less adventurous palates.

-Excellent staff, who helped us with everything from laundry to early morning taxi services. -Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and space to relax. -Lovely communal spaces including a clean swimming pool.

Nothing, all excellent.

We were treated like royalty here. Beautiful hotel with beautiful gardens and pool to relax after busy days exploring. Courtyard restaurant is also a very peaceful place to enjoy a tasty dinner and unwind. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and we slept very well. The staff were all fantastic. If we came back to Jaipur again we would stay here again.

Dinner was ok but butter chicken and chicken curry were exactly the same. Chicken tikka needs to be cooked in traditional way. Quite expensive for what we had.

It would be good for the hotel to implement some quiet policy after 10pm. My room is next to the courtyard, and there was a group of guests talking in the courtyard even past 10pm till around 10:40pm. It was quite loud since they just sit next to my windows, and I was not able to fall asleep. I had to call the front desk multiple times to get it resolved.

The hotel is good value of money and not far from some of the main attractions in the city. The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is unique and beautiful. The hotel is on a side street off the busy main street. It’s quite at night without hearing noise from the main street.

Everything was really good!

Very good location, very good installations, very good food and very good service, all for a good price. All employees were exceptionally agreeable and helpful. We were a little afraid of traveling to India at first, but felt very good at Rawatsar. Mr Rattiram was very nice!

Wonderful stay. An oasis of calm close to the busy city. We ate dinner and the ambiance and service was great. Heritage hotels give a real insight into traditional decor. We used the laundry service too which works well. Reasonable food and drinks prices.

Dera Rawatsar - Heritage Hotel was a lovely place for a quick 3 night cultural/sightseeing trip from our main holiday in Goa. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, their attention to detail was amazing. The food was excellent and there was also a small pool which was nice but cold, when we visited in early January. The hotel was an extremely welcome calm amidst the madness of Jaipur!

One minor thing was a very hard mattress on one of the large beds in our room. Slept OK though.

Everything was very good. Good selection of great, fresh, homemade food for dinner and a very good selection for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded to a superb room/suite at no extra cost as we required two beds. Nice building in a quiet road.

The hotel offers free pickup ONLY from the airport. We wanted to be picked up locally which was declined.

The check in , service , staff and food was excellent . Even to the extent providing a scale to weigh baggage .

The pool water was cold but refreshing after a long day of site seeing, but to be expected. It's winter!

A beautiful guest house hotel. The staff were wonderful, caring and always cheerful. Breakfast was wonderful and so was dinner. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very big. If I could give more than a 10, I would. We stayed 4 nights

The noise in the morning around 6AM might bother some people. During the time we stayed, there used to be something like a loud prayer somewhere nearby (outside the hotel). It lasted about 10-15min. We didn’t mind it though, and we heard many complains similar to that from all our friends who stayed at different hotels in Jaipur

Had an amazing stay! The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast/lunch/dinner was safe for international customers, which was our biggest concern coming to India. Lots of bottle water provided or available every day. It felt very safe despite the chaos of the city of Jaipur. About the complains of warm water, we did have to leave the faucet/shower running for about 1 minute before getting hot water, but it was fine after that. We also visited during the winter time which would have made the warm water problem harder. We loved the stay, and will definitely come back!
