The helping staffs (3 male) demanding for tips and if we don’t give they abuse. Funny part is I already gave some tips when checking in but the next day when checking out they still ask for money. The 2 other males didn’t help during check in or check out. Such a pathetic habit.

Pictures shown in the property is probably when they started. In reality the rooms are not that great. Simple hotel room to stay & finish the purpose of visiting the temple.
Location is very near to Kaalahasthi Temple. It is just walkable distance from the temple.

-vs are following 1) Staff is not so friendly.. I can see they are money oriented. 2) No Towels - until we demanded. I have to speak lil roughly after 3 times of request for towels. They says they will give by next day Morning 5.30AM. But not sure what stops them to give the towels before day evening itself. 3) Big disadvantage - for all Online Bookings - Checkout time is 12.Noon (irrespective of check in time) 4) Another disadvantage (for people like me) - No Credit Card payments - says the machine is spoiled or not working etc 5) Many things we need to demand - they are not giving the the facilities they promised - always we need to raise our voice. 6) Staff - not so friendly - they are after Money
I will give 5 of 10 5 for the following things Room is big, More Value for money.. and Cleanliness is super. Location is near to Temple gate number4 for Coffee Lovers - There is a place Opposite to this Hotel - Filter Coffee and Onion Dosa are awesome(should give 5 Star) (Rajamatha restaurant)

Parking was not sufficient. They made me park outside on the road. The staff is also not so friendly. Only while vacating for the tip. Hot water stopped after sometime and they mentioned the pipe was broken

The property did not provide the bath towels. We cannot lock the balcony door, as there is no lock. There is a foul smell (smoking smell) coming into the room via the bathroom. There is a restaurant, but it is not operational.
The room is okay. The wifi is good.

Restaurant was closed during our visit due to their relative death. Food is not good outside and had to be satisfied with limited option. Poor room service.
