IndiaThe only concern I have that no proper Wi-Fi system are available. Even if they have Wi-Fi system but it’s not reachable to my room means Wi-Fi signals are very poor. Also they need to improve on power backup system for proper uninterrupted power supply.
Rooms are quite big cleaned, and sanitised properly. Staffs are also very friendly and supportive.

The front office team and the food and beverage team were exceptional in their service and attention to detail. The team members Bhist, Deepanshah, Manoj, Chanpreet, and Vishal, in particular, stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient front office team. They were friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure that all my needs were met. The food and beverage team was equally impressive. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and offered excellent recommendations on the menu. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant and the food was simply delicious. The restaurant team was amazing, and the service was top-notch. The team members were always attentive, making sure that my meal was perfect in every way. The room service team was also exceptional. They were prompt and courteous, and always ensured that my room was spotless and well-maintained. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I highly recommend the Dev Ashish hotel in Haldwani to anyone looking for a top-quality hotel experience. The front office team, food and beverage team, restaurant team, and room service team are all outstanding and contributed to making my stay a memorable one. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. In particular, Deepak, Umesh, and Lalit (chef) went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Also, Shuda at reception was very helpful. In fact, the entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. This hotel offers much more than its 3-star rating. I highly recommended this hotel in Haldwani.

IndiaReplenishing water bottles in room was missing and everyday I had to remind and ask for water. There was confusion on items served for dinner and billing, which I had to sort out while checking out. "Total Price" shown by booking.com is misleading because the app never mentions that the price is including GST or excluding. Top, of the Total Price shown by this App, I was charged, GST, Commission Charges and Breakfast that was included in the booking (never assume that it is complementary). The App is misleading and give surprise while checking out. Food, more varieties are not there and taste can be enhanced to give the feel of "value for money".
Front Desk Officers are appreciable. Cleanliness is notable.
