We were charged 700 for early checkin which i think could be complimentary. Shaving kit is also being charged extra. I felt it was slightly overpriced. The breakfast was good. The dinner was average. We ordered veg kolhapuri and did not like the taste. Dal tadka was more watery as compared to punjabi Dal tadka that u get in restaurants.

The ambience, the cleaniliness, the facilities of the hotel was very good. The staff are cooperative. The location is very good. It is between the railway satation and the temple.overall it was a good choice of hotel.

The breakfast is not up to the mark and have very less options with no live counter.

The property is very well built and is equipped with all the latest amenities, The air conditioning was superb, washroom was neat and shower is very good. The beds are also comfortable.

Building facade looks ooolllddd and badly maintained . Choice of breakfast is heavily restricted to 3-4 local dishes . Extras are charged . Extra water bottles also charged 😢.Front office is like a bus agency ticket counter !!

Misleading - was told that fare was for non ac room, only after I tried to switch on the AC. None of the communications stated it was for a non ac room. Staff was not very helpful in finding another room. After i threatened to give them a bad review, they offered us a 2 person ac room , but we couldn't fit anyway.

1) Bedsheets and cushion covers were not changed, and we found hairs and sticky oil stains of previous occupants. 2) The complimentary breakfast menu was the same every day, and bread quality was bad as it was hard to bite. Only veg options were served in breakfast and no fruits. Staff refused to serve additional dishes when requested. 3) The room access card was not working properly, and every time, we had called staff to unlock the room. There was no permanent solution provided. 4) The restaurant area is very suffocating as AC was not switched on during breakfast timings. Also, during lunch and dinner. 5) Menu card rates are not very reasonable, and food taste is not up to the mark.

The tea bags kept were very old and dirty,may be not used by any of the previous guests and same kept as it is. They could atleast keep the tea bags Ina cover,packet. There is no place to seat in reception lobby if one wants to. No waiting place outside room. Breakfast could have some fruits and tea without sugar. Parking in basement was too filthy.

Quadruple room was good for a family with grown up kids especially having,separate beds . Interior designing is rich and looks quite new. Enough drinking water in room,smal fridge and hot water kettle all adds up nicely.

Bed Linen & Towels looked old and had stains on them. Pillowcases were much smaller than the pillows. Breakfast was below average.

Well appointed Rooms, but are actually much smaller than they appear to be in the Pictures on Booking.com.

Needs quiet sorroundings

Staff are coordial and helpful polite. We had comfortable stay for two days with family. New setup, updated and modern. Centrally located and convenient to move around. Breakfast was adeqaute.
