Sounds insulation in the room was not the best - we could hear music from the restaurant upstairs and guests in the hallway. Walls in the room were scuffed up and needed new paint, but the floral detailing was nice.

Patio with view of lake is very beautiful. Location is good if you want to be in old city. Beds are comfortable and lots of hot water in shower.

Beautiful place in the heart of Udaipur, with amazing views from the room and the rooftop terrace. Big spacious room with seating in front of the big windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Udaipur.

Amazing location and has a nice vintage vibe. Close to Gangaur Ghat and the artisan market. Absolutely loved the vibe of the location. It's an old building and very clean. Good management and would highly recommend if your looking for a budget friendly place.

Except the first night, the rest two nights were good. First night they have provided an under prepared room which does not have basic amenities for which they have apologised to us and next day they have shifted us to a much better room. So overall experience is good.

Hotel location is prefect, restaurant is having magnificent views Same as given in photo. All the Staffs are very well behaved. Overall good experience.

Property is not accessible by car, you can reach it only by autos. it makes sense given the small streets. Blankets looked kind of dirty but they replaced on request.

the location of hotel is it’s best aspect. the view from the top is amazing. you can clearly see the taj hotel in the middle of the lake and hills are visible far away. Night view is spectacular. Best value for money. Walkable distance to jagdish temple and city palace (top 2 places to see in Udaipur). Market starts from right outside the hotel. Great market to shop for souvenirs.

Lack of tea coffee maker in the room - willing to pay extra for this facility any day. Slightly laid-back attitude of the restaurant staff.

The food could have been better for the price they were charging, the bathroom used to stink up a bit after taking a bath. The room also smelled of dampness.

The room offered a great view. The staff was very warm and friendly. The hotel is in a prime location, with just walking distance to major tourist attractions. The room was clean with good facilities.

Quality of food in the natural view restaurant was very bad, the supplied food was not properly cooked and one day old. I informed to the manager but no one listen, they don't care about your satisfaction they just want money that's it. Room service was very poor, everyday you have to inform the housekeeper to do housekeeping also no one provided the toiletries.

The room size is quit small and not suitable for a family stay.

The restaurant view is really very good. It is as good as shown in the pics. One can also enjoy restaurant without taking hotel stay. The location is also very good as city palace is at a walking distance. Bike on rent are also available near by.

Too expensive - not worth the money. There was not even a cupboard in the room. While booking, it was mentioned that the room has a cupboard, hair dryer etc., but no such amenities were provided. Had booked a premium room but it was utterly disappointing. The food was exceptionally bad, and there was no room service.
