We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe rooms are extremely small. Toilets are like cupboards and most importantly without Gyeser. Though there is point for Gyeser it was not fitted. The reception says it is newly renovated but they are selling without basic amenities. Though promised they did not change our room. The in room services are pathetic. The tea table blocks the cupboard door opening hence you can use only one side of the cupboard. Overall the hotel is not fit for leisure stay since basic amenities are missing.

AustraliaI updated AC room but bathroom was untidy and tap was broken shower was drizzling not any minimum flow. As I was attending Kamakha Temple pilgrims so I order dinner & said I’ll be back late night pls keep food on my room but they didn’t put on my room and they provided me Two boxes of plain rice by mistake. Anyway they apologies and return my dinner’s money. On my check out day I orders breakfast but they didn’t provide me on time so I have to check out without having any breakfast. They said they have shuttle bus or hire car but actually they don’t have , even they refused to call any taxi due to short staff. On 26/06/23 morning receptionist was very unprofessional and mannerless guy. Not only they are local but they don’t know anything about area. Anyway as a relation’s pilgrims there are lots of army and police officers were on street they help me . I was so piss off and hungry I missed my flight at Locknow airport , now you can see I’m booking Holiday inn from Booking .com-and staying 1 night . Not only that I had to pay for my flight again. Now I have to change my kedarnath plan and you can see I also booked kedarnath hotel from booking.com when I was Australia.
Bedroom and food quality was good because food is delivered from restaurants.
