The central control console of the room & the AC was faulty & still they have assigned the room to me. on 11th night the room was extremely cold- not able to control thru 'console - had a bad sleep

The hotel does not have any view and is next door to slums with poor infrastructure.

The location was ideal for the Pune Expo event that I had to attend and the hotel room was comfortable.

Location far away. For a single guest, I was given the twinbed room. There was no couch. But everything else, super good.

Usual Hilton standards were maintained! Relaxing atmosphere.

When I check in, they offered me a lower grade room compared to what I ordered. only after insisting they gave me room as per my order. Car/shuttle from and to Airport is very expansive, double than what other hotel charges

Maintenance of the whole property is not up to the mark, right form the look from outside it's dull & not impressive Requires a face lift at least not worth of what you are charging

Property updates are necessary. Carpets, paint has old run down feel. Bathroom drain stinks sometimes. Bed/mattress is not very comfortable.

There could have been the restaurant manager to manage the busy hours..tables were full for breakfast which is usual in any hotel, could have been handled better.

The staff were courteous and helpful..it was our daughter's birthday and they had fulfilled our wish of giving her a surprise cake cutting ceremony at midnight...

The Switching system for the lights was wonderful but it should be more easily accessible considering complete dark room. The night lamp was not working / flickering.

The Location was the Best for visiting companies in Chakan and Chinchwad area. The hotel was friendly considering International Colleagues who joined me on the business trip. One observation we all had was the Breakfast, it could have been little bit of Euro-Indian touch instead of English Bfast items.

Nothing major, but the AC didn't seem to follow my settings, it was basically on (very cold) or off. The reception area is pretty small and was often very busy and slow. It took me about 20 minutes to check out. As I said, nothing major, I will still come back here on my next trip.

Convenient hotel for my destination, good choice for breakfast, absolutely fine for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

On the online room service menu, the option "gluten free" was available I asked for it but staff seems to do not know such things and got answer that kitchen was doing it The way that I got the answer was quite rude. Like I was causing trouble for something that was advertised as a possibility

No windows no balconyno open space to have fresh air ... if a person is suffering from asthma and needs fresh air to breath has to go out of the hotel also room service is not available for breakfast and dinner what if someone is not keeping well .. anyways will never book this hotel again

The frosted glass of toilet. Instead there can be clear glass with an option of electrically operated curtain. The frosted glass caused some inconvenience.
