Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryThe room was outdated, we were surprised that it was a 5 star hotel. the breakfast and dinner were pretty good, the food was a bit spicy, but you can find european food too. the pool was under renovation, but no one informed me about it in advance.
the staff was very nice, everyone smiles and helps immediately. The pool was closed, but Shilpa helped us arrange pool use at another hotel. Thank you. When we left, we were given a breakfast pack and the staff even offered us a cake.

MexicoFor newcomers to India, this city can feel overwhelming, but this hotel truly feels like an oasis. It offers the high quality and cleanliness you’d expect from a Hilton, with very comfortable rooms and reliable service. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and it gave us a sense of calm and comfort amidst the chaos. A solid choice for anyone looking for a dependable and relaxing stay.

United KingdomThere was no one at the door to take our luggage from the car when we arrived until we asked. Only two people on Reception. In the evening just one bar staff and had to wait long to get a bottle of wine and to get served. Young man who served us apologised and said that he was the only one serving at the time.
Room was good as I paid for the upgrade.

United StatesThe room felt a little tight- we had three people and it said this room will fit us with a cot but it was cramped given the sofa, coffee table and desk. Bathroom worked well but was also small.
The staff are excellent. Akash at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious!

AustraliaThe location is a bit far from any form of public transport and the tourist attractions (The Taj Mahal is 2km away). Food was also a bit pricey in the restaurant.
The premises were in excellent condition. The dining options were also superb. Everything was very clean and modern.

United KingdomThe method of charging was a bit unusual. They charged you a sum upfront once you arrive and then charge against it. Taxes for some food is added but sometimes not. I don’t think we got overcharged but just a bit confusing. Also, we were very excited to use the pool but found out upon arrival is was closed for maintenance.
Perfect for the Taj Mahal. Nice, modern and clean.

SpainEvening buffet is not 5 star ⭐, it seriously lacks imagination and creativity, if it's not a repeat it's a rehash of the same things every night. I upgraded to a room that faces the courtyard and pool , for the sake of silence. My last evening I could not rest in my room or get to sleep because of a very loud live band in the courtyard entertaining a very small number of people. I did not appreciate being fobbed off when calling reception about it.
Great staff, very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. Super clean. Common spaces beautiful. I would stay again.

United StatesThe hotel dining was less than what I expected. Unfortunately only one dining space available and the food diversity was minimal. Both dinner experiences served basically the same foods. The food wasn’t bad, I only wished the menu would have been different; mixed vegetables in curry sauce and the same mixed vegetables roasted isn’t a variety to me.
The property was very close to our primary attraction, Taj Mahal. Thank goodness because the amount of traffic increased our travel time significantly.
