The Indian restaurant is not open every night. I also though the gym was small and enclosed room

Breakfast did not run smoothly. Tables unset, coffee and tea not on demand. Coffee stand had not cups and saucers and coffee was cold.

Hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. Warm cookies and welcome drink on checking in. Nice breakfast with a wide variety suitable for all tastes. Buffet evening meal also nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Small misses, like a towel or a hairdryer missing from the room, no heating equipment in the room before us asking for one. Good but expensive spa services. In-house restaurant plates taste was average both in breakfast and dinner.

Nothing that we didn't like. It was a typical large hotel chain room, comfortable with all the basics. None of the extras were free which has to be remembered when booking this type of accommodation.

Breakfast options were good. Can't comment on dinner but ate bar food snacks. - all good.

The room we were in smelt of food and smoke all day and night as it was above the kitchen. It was not pleasant. Bedding was damp. The front desk staff were not great, they mixed up our taxi to the airport and made us go an hour earlier than planned and wouldn’t change it.

Some rennovatiom of the rooms will be needed in the near future.

The staff is doing a great work going extra mile for their guests. The dinner buffet was too spicy and the chef was kind enough to cook us a non spicy option.

The staff were not very patient and kept transferring me over the phone before I could finish my sentence. We got sick after eating at the indian restaurant. Also, they have venders and performers trying to sell you souvenirs in the reception.

There was a wedding that went on until 2am, and it was noisy and I couldn't sleep

Booking dot coms services were terrible- charged me twice despite me cancelling the 1 room.

Good management team who took my concerns into consideration. Booking.com- terrible customer service and charged me twice for the booking.

Very poor room dining service, you order food in room, they deliver but with salt, pepper, ketchup etc, I asked for those, waiter said, he will bring but he never turned back & this happened with me not once but couple of times. Hair drier was not available in toilet, that I had to asked for then only got that. toiletries are also not like Hilton standard. Duty Manager a lady was there, guess she doesn't know how to smile, forget about getting assistance from her, not at all fit to hospitality industry.

The streetfood selection in the restaurant is the highlight of the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. They organized us a very good guide and a driver for a reasonable price.

Everything was perfect!

Their buffets are amazing!!! We were spoilt for choice during breakfast and diner..staff also were very polite and welcoming. We were welcomed with fresh fruit juice and warm chocolate walnut cookies :D They accommodated to our requests easily and smoothly.
