Bed sheets to be renewed and room maintenance to improve (e.g. bathroom door does not close easily, one piece needs to be fixed).

I did not find anything which I did not like.

Let me start with the staff - one of the kindest and best we had ever had. They helped us plan our trip to the Taj Mahal, helped us negotiate with the driver who was charging us more and recommended us food and place to visit. The rooms were in excellent condition and were pretty large and well decorated. The restaurants were also great in the property. The buffet breakfast was large with multiple options. I could only recommend this place only for the staff behaviour.

The gift shop owner was really pushy to come in and then to buy things, after a long day of travel and bartering on the street it wasn't fun having this experience within the hotel (even if it was cheaper than outside)

In the room were moskitos.

Check-in took some time, but reciving of a warm cookie was a nice surprise. I got upgraded so I could check-out later. The room was big and clear. I took buffet dinner, the food was excellent as well as service stuff.

Staff are very kind and ready to help, restaurants are in general of a very high standard and the food was served in time and at a reasonable cost. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. All amenities there.

They need to check upon there bedding upholstery frequently, the duvet cover was torn from one side , and the dirty corner of duvet was visible. The covers and sheets were clean though. Also, the pillows are rock hard, please change them, and they are also on a smaller side compared to standard hotel pillows. This was the only negative point we found at hotel , rest all was good.

The hotel is good , spacious, clean in most areas, the in house restaurant is quite good, buffet breakfast spread is value for money. The staff is courteous and efficient. The room size ( king ) is good, though found the bed on a smaller side, it was a queen bed , 5 by 6 types, was travelling with 2 kids, so had to use sofa in room as makeshift bed, as the cot provided by hotel was not in good shape.
