United KingdomReception staff were terrible, have no clue. Advertised a room that they do not even have! No swimming pool as advertised would be open by 20th Jan. The power kept cutting out off room and buffet food was same everyday. Only have one outside area and covered in dust from construction next door. TV’s in room are so basic , very disappointed, definitely not 5 star. Did not enjoy our stay.

Later the plumbers couldn’t stop the water from running the whole bathroom was full of water …..You don’t check the room before give it your a client … I have to shower with the toilets ….and then .Also you have check in at 14.00 and my employees checked in at 16.00 they had to wait for two hours but check out you need at 12.00
We had to pay at the check in my employees went earlier than me so they changed them with the room and they changed me later when I was checking in for their room too .So they have changed us twice and I have find out later they apologised but they didn’t see that the other room has payed already . I asked my employees and they mentioned it ….

Super friendly staff! I must say that in the beginning I faced some issues due to my credit card but after some discussions with Mr. Sanjib and Mr. Kapil from the Front Office, they helped me resolve the issue and allotted a room asap to me. Moreover, at the breakfast Mr. Akram was super friendly and very hospitable, he took special care of my daughter's needs and very well served us. A big thanks to all the people mentioned, you all made our stay quite memorable. To reiterate, the staff is amazingly good and hospitable which makes this property a must stay for all. Other than staff, rooms were super clean and with all facilities.

The staff were efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. We were met by Kapil at the reception. He processed our booking and very kindly accompanied us to our room. My mother is infirm and elderly. He helped her to the room. Offered a wheelchair and offered to provide anything we needed.
