The tea was not good. The pool was completely unshaded. The only seats by the poolside in the shade were ill-maintained, faded and stained. Though the board outside the pool read timing 6am to 10 pm, the front desk said 8am to 8pm. In the room, the spring mattress was too sensitive to movement. With a toddler, the hotel should have offereed an option for a separate bed.

Breakfast was very good. Especially the omelettes, the filter coffee, and the croissants.

We had to change three times one of our rooms during checking in as there was a smoke smell. Staff was very helpful but I would like them to be. Ore proactive of making sure the room is ready based on the need. We asked for non smoking. Refrigerator were not working either. Eventually we had a great room but it was a rough start. We asked for one night free due to all this inconvenience but they were not able to accommodate. I still would like to get in someway, let me know.

The AC wasn’t working or the room. To be honest I felt the Ac issue wasn’t addressed properly. After getting other room we got a room which was more hotter that we begin to sweat as we entered.

The AC wasn’t effective of the room to be very honest. I had given the feedback about it. I told them and even they try to allocate the different room but the room was horribly hot specially in the night. I wanted to explore bar but since yesterday they have private parties.

I like how they try to make their guests feel welcome by giving them a cookie. I mean who doesn’t like to be pampered plus the cookie was scrumptious. I like the staff. Thanks to krishnan for quick check in, Siddharta (he is an IT) who came to shift our room but was professional and kind didn’t took the room as it was super hot. Shubham from IRD (he was in Night shift)

Service, lively bar, and proximity to CBD of Gurgaon. Great breakfast options every day. I especially want to call out Shrushti, Gurpreet, and Kapil for making the stay so pleasant.

The room had some issues which were promptly attended to after intervention of duty manager Karan. But expectation is that such star hotel has a better quality check on things to take care of issues like that proactively.

The room decor and furniture looks old and the bathroom definitely needs a facelift. If they work on these, you guys will be rocking. The cleaners are doing their utmost best.

The food and the service from the staff was great. They were very friendly and went an extra mile to help. Pia, Sandeep, Manoj- driver, Archana, Irshad, Kapil and all the other staff were superb. You have a great team there. The lounge staff were excellent.

The main thing was the staff, everybody were welcoming like home . All were trying their best level to make guest feel good. Starting from security people to receptionists, then in the restaurant..... It's a different story, it was really like a home especially Sweety, she is very professional, polite and smiling all the time. The restaurant employees were doing the best of best to satisfy us. And really we were satisfied. The housekeeping also were amazing Finally, I highly recommend this hotel for every visitor. And from myside I already did with my friends who will visit this city soon
