We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Wonderful hotel for a great price, quiet area just outside Jaipur. VERY easy access to Amber Fort in the morning to avoid traffic and crowds. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, good views, great restaurant, everything off the list. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk into the hotel.

United KingdomThe property itself was quite shabby and unclean. The rugs in the room did not look like they had been vacuumed or cleaned. There were multiple stains on them and on the chairs and sofa. There were also stains on the walls and on the curtains. There was a stain/damage to the bathtub and two bottles of shampoo were provided (instead of a body wash). One of these bottles was falling off of the wall as the silicone had worn away on the bottle holder. One of the “clean” cups provided in the room had lipstick stains around the rim and some of the cutlery and cups at breakfast was also dirty.
- the lady (possibly manager at front desk) was really helpful in getting us transport to Dehli after our Uber driver tried to con us. She was very friendly and efficient in sorting us alternative transport and I would like to express my extreme gratitude towards her for her help. The young waitress that served us in the restaurant was also exceptional. She was friendly and attentive and I am sorry I cannot remember her name. However I was upset to hear her manager scold her for being too attentive with assisting us and he told her there were other things to do than linger around serving us. She also went out of her way to get us an item of food (naan) after her manager again scolded her for taking the order and told her to tell us we could not have it as the kitchen was closed. The waitress was wonderful however her manager was not and needs to speak to her better and work on his own customer service skills. We were within ear shot of him speaking badly to her the whole time.

SpainThis hotel is perfect to rest after a busy day visiting Jaipur. As you walk into reception you are welcome by a young team with a big smile and ready to help you any time. The rooms are spacious and clean, you can seat very comfortable by the window and enjoy the mountain view. We joined the new year's eve party, it was an amazing party we had good fun. The food in the restaurant is excellent, we tried so many Indian dishes, everything so tasty. Once more the waiters, waitresses and the head chef were always ready to help a with a big sweet smile. Thank you to all the hotel team, specially all the team in the restaurant and to Rahul Singh for his special attention. It has been an unforgettable experience stay in Double Tree. Hope to be back some day.
