The room was too cold, every time we went out from the room the cooling turned on automatically. The rude guests who were shouting to the managers and receptionist for no reason.

It was really tidy, the service was really good! The breakfast was good! They brought tidy towels every time.

Every small thing like dental kit, shaving kit, shoeshine even TV connection had to be asked, wasnt provided by default. View from the hotel rooms (odd numbered rooms) is unimpressive. Many family activities have been displayed but absolutely none were conducted during our stay. Moreover these were not even informed by staff at the time of check in. They should inform guests about activities n their timings. Event on one evening was conducted but privately for some group while the rest of the guests were left out. Breakfast n Dinner were OK type spread was not of 5 star lavishness by any standards. If you prefer non veg, then its highly disappointing. Veg items were slightly better. Moreover no traditional Rajasthani cuisine was ever served in any of the meals during our stay...a disappointment. Didnt see any chef taking any feedback from customers as is usually done in most 5 star hotels. Items were mostly repeated. They do not have basement parking so they park your vehicles in sweltering heat making your vehicle a furnace.

The property was clean. . Rooms were properly arranged. Food was OK. Staffs were courteous. The terrace swimming Pool was small but had great view with real comfy environment. Lifts, lobby, Gym, dining hall were all good. Even numbered rooms have better view.

Rates of food/snacks/bevetages are very very high and inorbident..because food rates, we will not stay in this hotel henceforth...for example..200 gm mix pakora will cost you Rs.1000/-..and more. Very very expensive...

The hotel was superb and the staffs were really helpful. The food is great and a good value for money. The reservation personnel Mr Surender Singh went out of his way to book our next destination hotel - Double Tree Agra. He later checked on us if our hotel was sorted. A humble and helpful personality.

Excellent hotel with courteous staff. Property is just opposite Leela Palace in Kukas. Very peaceful and we'll maintained hotel. Food is excellent and staff is so helpful and welcoming that it made our stay memorable. They even gave a complementary cake for my wife's birthday. Overall very nice experience with Double tree by Hilton Jaipur. Definitely I will visit again.

The pool area is exceptional... Sikander at the bar cannot handle everything alone... There were guests who were unaware of the rules... they were entering the pool in knickers, without taking a pre shower, ladies without tying their long hairs... The Guard was allotted but we know that no one listens to a poor guard, there has to be a person allotted who is strict and knows rules and can deliver messages to other guests politely

Everything was superb... The staff there are very helpful and humble. Sikander at Aravli Pool Bar is an exceptional host... Very kind... Lahari at Restaurant and few others from F&B are also very kind... I was with an Infant and a Toddler so they helped with their food

The next day i.e. on 25th June there was a 3 day event for a wedding the whole hotel staff was busy and occupied with them and no courtesy of getting luggage and customer itself has to get his of her own luggage and food pricing was sky rocketing .
