Some of the staffs are rude especially the receptionist. Keeps on calling the telephone while still sleeping just to tell me I need to go down and eat breakfast and yet I know the timing of the kitchen. Telling me that I need to do check out at 11am as some other guest will use the room, otherwise I will be charged with 1k rupees for 1 hour, despite the fact that the previous receptionist said its fine untill 12pm then claimed nothing he did say that. Room is not exactly what i booked. No fridge. No flat screen TV. The carpet is smelly and dirty. Its not soundproof at all. I can hear other people in another room, even trying to open my backside door. No portable AC remote. I need to get up from bed whenever I need to adjust the temp. No cupboard for clothes. Upon arrival, AC is not even switched on making the room so hot.

Some foods in the menu are not available, no mutton at that time. The refigerator is not working

The staffs are friendly, Elevator is small but clean and well maintained the place is well maintained, clean, and no foul smell the room is clean and organized. The bathroom are well maintained and clean. The faucets, bidet and heater are working properly. Basic hygiene are covered shampoo and soap, towels, coffee, water bottle are fully stocked and replaced You can smoke outside of the corrider, just throw the butt at the trash Good value for the money as i booked all inclusive Room service is fast. Complimentary airport transfer.

I could not make it in time in the morning for the free breakfast buffet since the timings were only till 10 am. Request to extend the time to 11 if possible so the guests can pack up for their checkout, have breakfast, and then leave conveniently. Also, the room was lacking room slippers which was a little bit of an issue since the flooring tiles get really really cold in the night. Hopefully, they can provide slippers henceforth, but other than this everything was great and met my expectations.

The location is very convenient to find in Andheri. The Room was really clean and hygienic and well furnished. The staff was very polite and cooperative and room service was quick too. All of my needs were met and the room had all the mentioned facilities including a kettle, instant coffee, tea, mugs and glasses, towels, fresh toiletries, and a hair dryer. The washroom was also quite clean. The room service food was quick and yummy. Prices are very reasonable for the quantity of food offered. The surroundings are silent and I had no disturbances at night.

The staffs are very kind and very hospitable. Very courteous and very respectful. The room is clean and nice. All access to the Internet and the transport service is well spent as part of the accomplishments. I also loved the food they served. I feel secured during my stay.

we didnt dislike anything as much, but yeah our rooms have remote powered curtains and they take a full 15 secs to open so..

The room was cozy and had a comfy bed that we practically melted into after a day of exploring the city. It might not be the fanciest place, but it was clean and had all the essentials we needed.
