The hotel is situated in a cam and quite area and also very near to lake... The behaviour from the staffs were excellent.. Rooms were neat and clean... Overall we had experienced a comfortable stay... If you are planning to stay in this hotel dont plan to have dinner outside... You will get superb tastey food from this hotel... Breakfast also was very good... There is a garden and kids play area available and kids can enjoy... There was no disturbance from anybody and you can stay with family comfortably...Overall satisfied with the stay...

The experience in Drizzle Drop Inn was wonderful. This place is quiet and serene. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and tasty. The variety and taste of food items was praiseworthy. We travelled with our daughter who is 2 years old. She enjoyed a lot in the beautiful garden outside. The staff was quite caring, helpful and prompt. The hotel manager arranged local assistance, our cab driver, Mr Karthik who took us for sightseeing. We could make the most of it due to their guidance.. He catered all our needs and this made this trip a memorable one. Overall we had a pleasant and relaxing stay in this hotel, didn't feel like we were in a different region and state altogether. Hoping to visit again soon.

Contact number given in bookings.com was unreachable by call, WhatsApp, SMS, email was not replied nor even checked untill i reached searching the location for 2 hrs. Another staff who called my number after I reached and complaint in the reception, said he contacted me which was a perfect lie. I have all the proof of booking confirmation, advance payment paid and contacted through all means. They didn't care of Bookings from booking.com

Hotel location is very pleasant where we can enjoy the view and the staff are also so friendly. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 days I liked the rooms and the facilities. And the room service is also so fast. I would suggest this is best in Ooty for your stay.

No internet throughout the stay. We were always told that it will be fixed in 10 minutes but never got fixed. No power everyday till 6-7pm as they continued to work on endless repairs. When asked for hot water, we were told that the shower should have been taken in the morning and not in the evening. No tissue roll provided despite asking. The only answer to lack of any facility was , 10 minutes and those 10 minutes never ended. They spent half a day in the room to fix the TV too and that too after many follow ups else there was no heed given to the services promised during the stay. They painted the benches outside the room and left us with nothing to sit on. Felt miserable and stopped asking for any service because we knew it won't come through. The electrical repair led to a short circuit too which hampered the devices.

Power issue, Wi-Fi issue, Cleanliness was not there overall in the hotel, Kitchen was not cleaned properly. Electric work was ongoing while property was lent out.

They have arrogantly said this is double room and you have not booked double room with family. Also said for any extre bed in that small room I need to pay extra. Tried to avoid for original bill and did not provided food bill.

we didn't like the bunk beds as we thought it will be useful for our kids but it was placed in the corner of the room so kids did not like to sleep there that was the only disappointment we had.

we felt breakfast regular like idli ,dosa , upma, bread and jam tastes nice but lack variety . Rooms are clean and neat,. Housekeeping is good and dinner as per our order they will arrange as we ordered egg curry and chicken gravy with chapathy and veg fried rice was good .

It was nothing as listed in the website. The owner was rude and used abusive language. Poor hospitality and misbehavior from the hotel team.

Place was completely unhygienic. And it was nothing as listed in the website. I was asked to check out for contacting booking.com to complain that it was nothing as listed. Also the owner of the property was so rude and used abusive language to my family. We checked out within an hour after after checking in. Infact we were literally thrown out for complaining, though we had already paid the advance booking amount. They don't know what customer service is, or how to behave. I would recommend that NO ONE SELECT THIS HOTEL, as if you choose this be ready to face all sorts of their MISTREATMENTS and ARROGANCE, despite the fact that you are paying for the stay.
