Confusing check in . I booked a family room and they gave me a small double and said it was a family room and children sleep in the double bed ?? The breakfast was terrible . I felt the staff were under trained and did not know how to use booking.com and when I spoke to the owner he just fobbed me off !

No provision of fan, doormat, hooks in washroom. Jet spray was leaking. Walls also need to be waterproofed. They don't provide blankets in the dormitory.

Room not as described- booked balcony room, 3 beds. On arrival only balcony room available had 2 small single beds. Took room no balcony but no price reduction. Staff appeared disinterested.

The staff behaviour. The room was tiny. I hardly can't take off my tshirt properly. Hardly a height of 6.5. Linen and blanket was not clean. Even they did not provide bottled water, it was given in a glass bottle which was dirty. You can choose it if you have to spend 5-6 hours.

The only pro was location. Walking distance to bus stand and all casino points.

Blankets were not provided. On asking for blankets zillionth time they gave bedsheets and charged 50 rs extra :-/ Breakfast was complimentary, and when we went to see the buffet, there was really nothing except for bread omelet and tea. Do not expect a lot from this place. If you just need a roof over your head then you can think about this place.

Each room is definitely small! I've got the dorm with 3 beds, but only 2 small chairs. So I couldn't sit down in my own room. The ceiling is low and if you get upper bunk bed, for tall people don't have enough space to sit. In the room there are several outlets, but not prepared for each person one by one. No lockers. Only 1 key for 3 person.

Hostel's exterior is very cute. A green wall is a landmark. There is one dining kitchen. When I needed the table to write or eat something, I could use anytime even at midnight. There I've found my own cozy space.

The bed linen was not very clean and such a congested room for 5 people, breakfast was very limited. Wash room was so small within the room and it was not clean.

Place was little congested. Wifi was not available. Also electricity problems were there. Also didn't get breakfast although included in the tariff.

The dorm room opens to the road so there is a bid security issue . No charging points to every dorm bed. This room better suited for a family than for a few strangers sharing. Whoever is inside has to open the door for the rest and only one key so if someone wants to come late at night (this is goa) the person who might fast asleep has to wake up to open the door. No blankets was provided though I asked 3 times and all the time i was told its coming. The free breakfast was not good just bread (no butter on it) and omelette no taste. The house looks great and maybe the other rooms are good but this room shouldn't b give as a dorm room.
