IndiaThere is no air conditioner to control the temperature inside the rooms. It was too cold. And a bit price too. The washbasin in the bathrooms was not draining properly. The food was bit expensive too.

The location is great to stay away from hot climate, the resort as a whole is close to perfect. The Food zone was impressive. Breakfast has a wide range of selection with high quality and Dinner was exceptional too.

IndiaThe TV was not working, and it took them more than 24 hours to fix the issue. They should have considered a re-imbursement since they did promise that. The swimming pool was too cold. the bathroom in the jacuzzi room did not have a lock on the door, can prove challenging with family. The hotel could suggest best direction of getting there via email a day before the stay. cause there are multiple routes and the route I took to get there was not the best.
The breakfast buffet was very good and they had different menus on both days. The jacuzzi was good. The room and its amenities were very good. They have access to a small waterfall and the forest type environment is wonderful for a short break.

IndiaThe rooms are big, however the service can be improved a lot. Small issues like charging sockets not working and water not properly draining and room service can be improved.
Property location and views are picture perfect. It's one of kind. The property is 25 min drive from old munnar bus stand and it's the last resort ( the drive is awesome ) . Just note that you will not have any shops or restaurants other than the property provided. But not to worry every thing is taken care by property.
