United KingdomWhen I booked and paid for the hotel back in April 2022, they had no records on their system. I inevitably had to provide proof of payment and an extract of Bank statement to confirm the payment. If I had not provided proof of payment, I probably would have had to pay twice for the duration stay at Elysian Residency Hotel. Word as advice, always a key record of payment.
Excellent vegetarian 4* breakfast served daily.

It is only 7KM to the airport. Hotel room is very clean. It allowed me to check out at 19PM. If you are visiting the BAPS Mandir or hospital, the hotel is the best choice.

A good hotel in a great location. Food at the restaurant was great as was the service there. Room was small yet comfortable. Overall a good hotel with service to match (in the main) but could do with better customer service skills in dealing with things when they go wrong. Have recommended to others who are staying in January 2023.
