The room is a bit on the smaller side but it's clean nonetheless.

The location is pretty central - very close walk to the CSMT/Victoria station and a few minutes walk to the sites in the Colaba area.

Basic but clean hotel in a relatively good location! Don’t let the outside of the hotel scare you off. The inside of the hotel is much nicer than expected when looking at the hotel from the outside. Room was on the small side but I think that is standard for Mumbai hotels. Bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. If you are staying here and looking for somewhere for breakfast then I would highly recommend Mumbai Murugan - it’s a short walk from the hotel and their dosas for Breakfast are to die for!!

NO WINDOW!! This should be stated upon booking! Old style lift/elevator that requires pull to close. They lock the gate at night and you need help to get out if you have an early morning flight. Room is very small. Water is warm but not hot.

Staff is helpful. Price is good for location but bad for rooms with no room!!

Would have been a 10 but for the smell from the drain in the bathroom (the scented freshener helped but it was still noticeable), and the noise from the street - especially at night with the barking dogs; ask for a room at the back which may not have this problem. Expensive, but I guess that's Mumbai.

A clean, comfortable room - super comfy bed - with light switches and sockets accessible from the bed. Whilst small, the room had been thoughtfully designed to meet a traveller's needs. Both a/c and fan were efficient. Good shower pressure, and plenty of hot water. Handy location in the Fort area - possible to walk to many of the sights cafes etc.

Hard to find. Property doesn’t look great from outside, don’t be put off. Reasonable location. Booked deluxe room but didn’t get window / view as in description, though didn’t really matter for short stay

The information about the rooms is not correct. We booked a deluxe room expecting the announced 17sqm and we were told later at the hotel that they don’t have any room bigger than the one they gave us.

If it wasn’t for the wrong information they give about the size of the rooms this one would be a 9 or 10… Clean, nice staff, good location. It the size of the rooms is no more than 12 sqm including toilet. And we booked the Deluxe. Please update this info otherwise looks like a scam to fool people. The staff, the effort they put in to make it clean and well maintained is very good.

Lots of shouting and screaming in the corridors at night, sometimes until 3am. Looked under the pillow case and the pillow was covered with mould/mildew. Not impressed considering the price of the hotel. Bed is very hard - some may like it, others may not

There is a bedroom which is a double bedroom with a window but i do not recommend it as its right next to the lift, and because the stairs are not used a lot, and the lift makes a noise there is a lot of noise in this room. The other double bed rooms are less noisy by comparison.

The immediate surroundings are a little bit rough, but as soon as you step inside the small entrance to Enigma, it's a whole different feeling, and everything was very pleasant. I stayed in the single room that was quite tiny - but if you just need a place to sleep and don't have much luggage, it's perfectly adequate and comfortable.

The hotel was bright, clean and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice and support. The location is in close walking distance from lots of interesting sites as well as good places to eat and drink, and very handy if you're arriving or departing from the train station. I appreciate that they let me refill my water bottles with filtered water at reception, and arranged someone to walk with me to the train station for safety in the very early hours of the morning.

Very decent and clean room, with everything you need to spend a couple of days exploring the area. My room had no windows but the positive side of this was that it also had no noise and I could have a good sleep. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The room could have been better with a chair. There were desktop spaces for shelving and work but no chair so you had to sit on the bed. But, the flagship Starbucks store at Hornimon circle is five minutes walk away and it was a great place to work.

The design and cleanliness of the room was exactly as depicted in photos, which we really appreciated! The staff were very helpful and they offered quite a bit of extra services, such as arranging laundry and ironing.
