1. Tape water in the room is very bad and heavy salt (hard water), unable to use for mouth wash and bathing. 2. On the shower head it is full of rust and the shower gel is not at all good and the shower gel container is in very dirty. 3. No locker in the room as far as I know. 4. Iron box is there, but no stand, how to use the Iron box without stand 5. Kettle was there with coffee and sugar sachets, but no milk powder (dairy whitener) and stir sticks or spoon. How to make coffee without stir sticks and milk powder. No meaning of keeping half things. 5. Breakfast- very bad, I had it around 8:30 AM, lot of items were not there, everything was empty, they keep saying will refill soon, but it wasn't. They keep asking the room number while eating (more than thrice), not sure whether they make a note of it at first time. Overall breakfast experience is not good.

Hotel location is good and the room size is very good and spacious.

We had a Ala carte breakfast on the day of check in and we were served with cold food, the room had many mosquitoes but staff provided an all-out on request. The water on the room was very salty and hard apart from the bottle water.

The staffs were kind enough to allow us with early checkin and property was also nice with spacious room.

One of the worst hotel I stayed. There is an factory next to the hotel and a loud sound starts at 6AM. You will wake up with a headache because of this sound. The rooms smell very badly and bathroom has disgusting smell. Mosquitos inside the room. The bathroom has salt water tastes like direct from the sea. I have no idea how some people have given good reviews. My 2 days stay was a nightmare. Fredrick tried to help but the hotel management is the one who has to do something. Inside facility and amenities was very bad. The room service is worst and the room and corridor was getting odour foul. The bed size is very small and not comfortable for two people. The cost of the food was very expensive and not good. Overall is this facility is worth of below 1000 only.

Roooms were not cleaned on time.. My other room smelled soooo bad... i told them to do something yet they dint do anything. In the night, you can hear, working ppl shout in the corridor There is no tamil speaking persons, my mom dont know hindi. It became very difficult for her to communicate. Too much cost for the rate.

The room was pathetic, and it smelled like living over drainage/garbage. Very poor in cleanliness of room. The staff was disturbed me at midnight because of the louder calling bell wrongly pressed. No proper communication to the service staff. I won't book this hotel next time and strongly recommend NOT to stay.

The location is good. Public transport accessibility is fine except traffic due to metro work.

The location is centrally located. There's a lot of construction around but close to everything. The staff are super nice and Babu the chef is an excellent cook! They have nice breakfast choices and the food was really excellent! There's also a restaurant on the 3rd floor that serves amazing food and they even have a band on the weekend. Rooms were very clean and they clean everyday.

Hot water not coming ,Without bathing stayed for 2 days.Several times told but after 2 days , they sent hot water.Acting as if problem in bathroom.TV after 2 days stopped cable network.After several times telling , no use.Till last didnot provide cable network.Around 2 am , 3 am bib sound from bathroom or someone tapping the door.Buffet all seven days same dries salad, even milk they kept rooten milk.Drinking water , i was asked to bring from restaurant.Drinking water they are not ready to give.They kept 1 tooth brush,no soaps, only 2 towels , those towels were not so clean.

Amazing stay on OMR, close to all offices and the buzz. Clean rooms, decent wifi, good and polite staff. There's enough parking as well.

Beware there is two location in Google map with same name of this hotel. Fake one is almost 8 km away and I made a complain about this to desk staff. They knew about that but they should atleast inform guest or guide them about this. So if ubering to hotel beware. Photo attached.

Excellent staff. Felt like I was staying at home. Very comfortable. The food at restaurant was so delicious. Customer service manager Mr. Ellan is so helpful and friendly. The room & washroom is so clean and neat. Will be back again.
