We visited during monsoon and many outdoor activities organised by the resort were not available. Resort can plan few activities during monsoon season.

Breakfast menu was awesome ..but because of so much crowd live counters were in rush .....tea cups went out of stock......but its not their fault people were having 2...3 cups of tea because of cold weather..........All other breakfast items were really delicious.

I like the clean, well ventilated Room with two balcony's, Very polite and helpful staff........and they provided room heater as the climate was very cold...........room service was awesome..........we enjoyed our favorite cheese maggie in cloudy cold weather..... they made it available quickly :)......very happy

Very courteous and cooperative staff. Excellent food. Location of the property is very good. I could go for long walks on roads with no traffic. And very close to the market. They also recommended a taxi sevice which was reasonably priced. Overall, the property has good vibes.

Washrooms need better cleaning. Also exhaust fan not provided in bathroom, hence remains wet.

Good hotel...however dining area needs more monitoring and tables. Stay option WITHOUT Adventure sports etc. Is reqd for senior guests.

1. Inconsistency in table serving. Some had napkin holders some didn't. Similarly, some fresh table had cutlery some didn't. More importantly, when it was closure time staff do not bother to inform the seated guest aware of the kitchen and cafetaria closure they simply remove them from counters.

I could not get a good view room, however it was pick season and I understand most of them were booked out.

They made complementary decorations and cake arrangements on our request for my daughter's birthday. The staff was so caring for my daughter and also arranged complementary sweets. Apart from this, the place was clean and everything was systematic.

Room, it doesn't justify the cost, painting, curtains need redo as it gives average hotel room types feeling. More options in buffet and some food were too good, north Indian mostly but others were tasteless

The decoration with artificial flowers does not look good at all. It actually spoils the atmosphere.

Restaurant along the pool side was not good. Dinner was not served well. Chicken was raw and the order took more than 30 mins to come to our table.

Not worth buffet of 1250. Very less options. Also we had to wait for 45 min for 2 rotis.
