There was nothing that I did not like

Spacious Room, cleanliness, room amenities, awesome buffet breakfast, garden area, parking area, reception area, staff, variety entertainment , high tea with snacks, etc.- In fact the entire stay was splendid and I would love to visit this resort again.

The rooms were dirty. Toiletry given had black spots. The bed sheet and pillow were stinking. In bathroom every where there were hairs. The hair dryer was not working and the tiles and furniture needed renovations.

1. Housekeeping can definitely do better. Room cleaning was not done well on all days. The bed linen looked old & unclean. On complaining, we got fresh linen on Day1 but not on other days. They do not offer room slippers. The basic upkeep of the rooms was missing. 2. The chef can get more creative with the food variety. Lot of focus on salad & dessert presentation but main course items are either lacking or have excess salt! For the cost, the taste & options can be given more focus.

1. This property is 100% kid friendly. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed all the various activities planned for Christmas Carnival. No kid will ever get bored here! 2. One of our group member had left back a gold ring in the room. The hotel staff was prompt to notify us. Big Thank You for that!

Rooms were not ready at the time of check in. Almost delayed by 1 hour.

I suppose for them functions and huge gathering events are more important then the room guests comfort. There was some company event, so in the night it felt like the whole hotel was taken over by them very noisy and crazy crowd. Staff felt like all are trainees no idea what to reply and how to handle requests. Not not worth the price.

The property is close to all the tourist attraction points. The property has a very nice garden and kids play facilities which ensures everyone in the family is enjoying and creating memories. The morning breakfast spread is excellent.
