The air-condition was only on/off. When on it brought the temperature to 20 degree celcuis. There was no way to change the set point. The shower had a half-open glass panel, so water came out during shower.

The location was good. The staff were very helpful. We had requested a quiet room away from traffic and they gave us a quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The lobby area was small but functional. The mattress was firm yet soft.

The services during the late night hours weren't at par with the expectations. However, the management took the feedback proactively which gives you a sense that they would want to improve on this count.

If you don’t eat spicy food, there are not many options for you at the breakfast. Floor in the bathroom id always wet. Annoying ants in the room, these small insects are everywhere in the room

I loved the location outside the Pink City, good service, pleasant stuff Comfy bad, all you may need in your room (dental kit, slippers, iron, etc)

The food was average and quite disappointing to be coming from the mariott kitchen.

The hotel is good and in a prime location. The rooms are just about enough. But maintained well. Hotel staff is friendly.

The only thing I can suggest is to add 2 pillows in the bed.

Kindness of staff at reception and at the restaurant. The bar and restaurant at 7th floor is very nice and comfortable.Food quality is good and bar selection is wide. The internet was reliable and easy to join. Location is well served and not too far from Hawa Mahal and market places. Overall good stay with the good mix between international signature brand (Marriott) and local traditional hotels.

A very newly renovated hotel with some minor teething issues. No wardrobe in room so need to hang clothes in the designated space which is conspicuous and at the entrance to the room. A very compact bath and washroom but clean and functional. While most staff where very polite and welcoming a few need more training in guest relations as they seemed to have a difficult time even smiling and conversing with confidence. No one seemed to be interested in doing more than the bare minimum required to perform their jobs/roles (either a lack of focus on guest experience or a problem in training). The security guards (outside the main building) were the only ones who were actually proactive enough to anticipate needs and be helpful. Overall experience was OK but not a really memorable/special. Possibly better suited for solo traveller's and overnight stays.

Overall, it was a nice experience. However, we didnt like the pizza we ordered for in-room. It tasted like an over-priced frozen pizza. Another thing we didn't like was one staff at reception upon check out. He wasted our time to settle our bill. We were requested to pay in cash or by credit card (extra 5.5% charge on top plus your credit card company's transaction fee). We decided to pay in cash, but then he couldn't give us the changes. And his attitude was a bit arrogant.

I had difficulty sleeping on the 6th floor as it was right below the restaurant. There were continuous sounds of furniture shifting etc. I changed my floor then it got fine.

I specifically loved the view from the top restaurant. I could see the Aravallis while eating my breakfast.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Room with all necessary facilities. Food at evening buffet and a la carte (we tried both) was exceptional. Breakfast buffet also very good and varied in the few days we stayed. Will definitely stay again if there is the opportunity.

With overhead lights in the bathroom, it's not easy to shave beard or trim ear and nose hair for a 50+ years' old man. There should be a few lights available "right above the mirror" in the old-world fashion.
