Everything was perfect. The rooms, the food, the nature and surrounds were all wonderful. The staff were very attentive; Sujith, Prince and everybody there who were all very hospitable. The natural stream was the highlight for me where I had the most rejuvenating experience in a long time. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Great property, overlooking a tea estate. We stayed at the hideaway chalet and it was a wonderful experience. Very peaceful and the hotel staff was great!!

Although it's not too far from the town, it's in a jungle and the road to the hotel is in a bad condition. The hotel does not offer any sort of shuttle or transportation to the town. This is an issue if you don't want to eat at the hotel, since driving to the town is a hassle. The hotel food is decent, but is charged at a premium.

There is nothing in the resort that i didnt like. Loved each bit of it

Loved the property and views from the property. We had gone during monsoon so the views were breathtaking. Each corner of the resort has something to offer and the whole resort is aesthetically appealing. We had a great stay. Very very courteous staff, a special mention to Karthika who helped us throughout our stay who was with us until we left the resort as well. We stayed in the Hideaway chalet (cottage), the room was very cute, cozy and super clean, the view from the room was amazing. We visited the resort on my birthday and the staff found that out somehow and had arranged a cute setup with a cake for my birthday celebration, it was a very pleasant surprise and they made me feel super special. Never expected we would get this great treatment, was very much impressed. Words aren’t enough to tell how great the stay was. Great stay, great location, great staff, great views, great food, overall an amazing vacation and the best resort that i have ever come across. We also got an opportunity to meet and get a picture with Mr. Shashi Tharoor Sir as he was staying in the same resort. It was a best stay. I would totally recommend this resort to friends and family. I would definitely come back to this place as i am in love with the resort.

No facility for the driver. Since the property is very far and drivers can't commute to town easily, there should be staying facilities for Drivers. Even if it's paid it's fine. But facilities should be there

The streets to get to the property are horrible. They need to be developed.

It is new and everything is so spacious and very modern. The best is the nature walk and the stream. Special thanks to Sujith and especially Karthika.

The food service was very uneven. Breakfast and dinner are included, but one day both were buffet style and excellent variety, and the other you could only order off the a la carte menu, and hope you got something good.

The resort is on a large piece of isolated forest property high in the Nilgiris, and they have a naturalist on staff to who is happy to go out on walks and show you everything - birds, plants, butterflies, etc. The resort itself is very new and built a very hugh standard. The room is very large and beautiful.
