The location was pristine. The service was top notch. Each and every staff member was courteous, polite and they went out of their way to help us. We had some special requests related to my baby's food and they fulfilled it without a fuse. They maintained great hygiene too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property in Vythiri, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated, with a world class room structure that included luxurious amenities such as plush bedding and high-end furnishings. The rooms were lavish just like a villa from Middle East with tall curtains attached to tall glass walls. With an picturesque view of the restaurant, you will get an infinity pool facing the tea garden on the opposite side. The waitstaff along with the front office staff were polite, professional and friendly. The kitchen service both at restaurant and room was just perfect, with warm food and impeccable taste, I couldn't have asked for more. The chef does have magic in his hands and was always ready to take up special request, in case you had any. Special thanks for all the staff (Arijit, Sujith) who welcomed us and helped us make memories at such an splendid place. Also, you will have access to gym, and cycles if you wanna take a ride. Fairly priced. Must visit. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The only shortfall is that for their policy reasons, they do not serve alcohol- even beer! They have everything else done very well, including a camp fire etc, but not being able to enjoy a drink or two was a let down. Also they have a wonderful deck overlooking a stream, which is a little walk from the main property. Again it would be great if some snacks and tea could have been served there in the pristine surroundings. We were however allowed to carry a flask of tea and 2 cups to help soak in that ambience.

The property itself is nestled in a beautiful place with great views. For people who do not have their own transport, it can either be restrictive or expensive to venture out to nearby locations. We did not have intentions to explore and hence we did not mind.

There is no spa at the resort.

Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the tea plantation. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Chef Benny prepared delicious meals as per our requirements. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and we enjoyed our stay at Flora Vythiri Resort.

A very good resort to stay, with good facilities. Clean rooms, lush green gardens and an excellent view of the surrounding hills and tea plantations. Standout feature has to be the service and the way the guests are treated. Super awesome and fun place to be with family 😃

Difficult to find something

Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.
