Not much to be improved to make this a stella hostel. These suggetsion are for guests to get a better sleep at night. Luggage lockers are also great to have, and guests at Forrest get two. However, they are metal which makes for a lot of clanking, banging, and noisy comings and goings. Add a few tactical rubber strips and the problem is solved. Privacy curtains are also great to have. Try to find a way of silencing the draw rail - seems a petty point, but if you stay you'll understand. Lastly, a written bedside reminder for guests to be considerate of others when it comes to taking calls, making noise at night. Even though there are some signs around you still find guests who think they are important enough to have their business heard by all - at all times of night.

Outstanding hostel. Very well-organised, exceptionally clean, plenty of space, attentive and helpful staff. Mumbai can be a difficult city to find good, low price range accomm, but Forrest nails it with out doubt. Close to the airport for a quick stopover, reasonable access to Andheri and Juhu, and only a short taxi/auto to Bandra station for a swift train into downtown Colaba. Beds are comfy, rest/washrooms are kept really clean, and shared spaces are bright and spacious. Wonderful hostel, deserves all praises. Highly recommended.

It is very difficult to find such Hostel in Mumbai. I felt welcomed from the first second I entered the doors, downstairs you have a reception and seating area with many plants. Super nice style of the decor. Upstairs are the rooms, I booked a female dorm with 8 beds and I loved it. Spacious Room, Beds with Curtains and everything you need. Highlight were as well the own Bathroom with 2 shower cabins, big and spotless clean!! Amenities like towels, mosquito plugs, little kitchen to use. All of the staff and as well the owner were so friendly and they make everything to have you feel good in their space. Thank you for the stay and vibes and the lovely chat on my last day. I can highly recommend this place for anyone and I am back for sure whenever I am in Mumbai.

The interior design was very creative and experienced the most clean washroom where most hostels lag behind. Security was top most and not to forget the staff was very friendly.

Always clean and tidy, good amount of showers and washrooms. Privacy curtain and x2 locker, one for small stuff one for the big bag. Nice place and bed was comfy

The location is quite odd

After having a hectic journey from Goa to Mumbai, I was very tired. After staying at this property, I made a lot of friends and gone for a night out in Mumbai

Staff didn't make my bed one day when I had asked them to. The ground floor has a rat problem but it's not a big issue at all as the rooms are on the first floor and living areas are separate from the hostel rooms.

Really clean and hygienic, great vibe...very secure as well. Rooms have a passcode, female rooms are separated from the other rooms. Polite staff and overall it was a great stay.
