Sofa in the room was in such a bad condition. Staff didn’t accompany while checkin . But I saw them accompanying peoples . Behaving with type of room we book ?

It was an amazing experience, the location, staff and their 24/7 availability for the help. Our room so clean and neat. They are the professional compares to other hotel. Very safe and sound and room size and bathroom has quite big place and separated.

Good and quiet location - city center easily within reach with a short car ride, and yet out of the hustle and bustle of the of historical center. Front desk personnel was very helpful in making car arrangements and other requests.

Have seen many hotels for business traveling, although the rooms are not the biggest, absolutely in my top 3 for cleanliness. Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner, accommodating local and international cuisine. Very friendly staff, helping out with houskeeping and all travel arrangements with their great private drivers. When work was one day postponed and last minute, I had the opportunity for sightseeing amazing Ahmedabad, the hotel arranged me a map and a private driver named Prahlad. He turned out to be a perfect English tour guide, who made sure I did not miss any hidden spots in the most beautiful temples. He really made my day!

Well, personally for me, the room wasn't sorted well. Had to call in the housekeepers 2-3 times.

Easy access to the city centre. All the amenities at a very reasonable price. Also, the friendliness of the staffs adds up to your experience.

The hotel is quite old and the rooms need to be renovated. Housekeeping should do more indepth cleaning of the room, especially in toilet in bathroom. We stayed there for 3 nights only Breakfast was more indian cuisine rather than international. However, we did enjoyed their mutton and chicken Briyani.

Electrical plug points and switchboards need to be better maintained and were not in good condition.

There is no shoe polishing machine in the lobby or near the rest rooms. I was expecting in this hotel. I came to know from reception that after demanding by the guest, the sponge is provided.

Staff from security, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Room facilities were well maintained thanks to Tushar and Chirag. Buffet breakfast, room service were exceptional - slight dietary changes were requested at time of placing orders, these were reconfirmed by the Chef to ensure that this was not due to food allergies. Chef Suneel Kumar and his team maintained a high level of service in the restaurant with preparing and presenting a banquet buffet breakfast and dinner, amazing aray of dishes suitable for all pallets. Gym facility on sight, slightly disappointed Spa facilities were not available within the premises. Thank you to management and especially all supporting staff at all levels for providing a comfortable stay in a well maintained, clean environment. A special thank you to Faridbhai for taking good care of us on our transfer to the airport. He went above and beyond in ensuring my Mum was safely transferred by wheelchair to the depature gate. I would recommend Four points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, (situated 30 minutes from the airport, hotel transfers available), to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay, with attentive staff who have a passion for ensuring you have a good day.
