The first impression was not great. The entrance foyer had the ugliest dirty looking carpet. The bathroom was smelling of mould.

Beds were comfortable and AC was working well without making too much noise.

really unfortunate that the hotel did not provide. Paying Rs 5000 for 8 hours without breakfast is really not worth. Informed the hotel staff that I will not be opting your hotel next time. Booking.com is equally responsible for this.

The room did not feel like a Superior King at all and was missing towels, toiletries etc. at check-in. No hot water was available for large parts of our stay.

Very helpful with prior request and on the day my son was ill, they were exceptionally helpful and made our stay most pleasant - booked them twice in two weeks and will be our go to spot whenever we return.

The WC itself could have done with a bit more cleaning. Due to an early morning flight was promised a cold breakfast to take away, however after waiting 15 minutes gave up on this promise. Additionally, rang hotel about 1 week prior to check if they had separate veg and non-veg kitchens and was advised they did. But when checking in was advised they didn't - very disappointed.

1. Every employee is fishing for compliments last day when leaving, 3x in Restaurant, 2x reception, and 1x at room. 2. We were reminded by phone at 10:45 h aswell as knocking on door at 10:50 h to leave room although check out time was confirmed for 12 h. Feeling like thrown out, and this even before the end, no good feeling ! 3. No money change smaller than 500 INR possible at the whole Hotel. Unbelievable. 4. Too much employees everywhere. 5. Furniture could have a more modern and newer Design. 6. No smile on personals faces. Is everything okay with their Manager ? 7. Food quality could be better.

Portier Ziza, aswell as the employee at entrance gate were top, and the young guy who helped with UBER App. Shower with sensational good products and bed were great. And the extra powder sugar for waffles were very much appreciated. Cappuccino + fresh orange juice was great. But available only for 1 day, next day out. Okay, fresh pineapple juice was offered for 2 persons, but only 1 was prepared, taken back to kitchen, and filled with water for making 2 juices. After complaint new ones were exchanged, but still no good quality.

Bathroom toilet needed fixing.Attended to once i complained.

The dining staff here are exceptional headed by Chef Sunil.Payal and Amrit attend to all with smiles.Very difficult to get Non Vegetarian food in good hotels here but Four points Sheraton has Non veg fare.The food is extraordinary and delicious with varying menu daily.Front desk Preethi and Alok are very helpful. Premium services with a smile.
