W/C seat was very loose. Need proper check before allotting the room. The Washroom size could be bigger, felt bit cramped for a five-star property.

The lounge was bad, some aspiring DJ who can play better. Also, it would be better if you could help guests who drive themselves and are also new to the city the proper access to the hotel since the main gate access is for the companies.

Yes the varieties were good however, the timings could be a little more flexible which you were. I would not deny.

1. Provide one more swiping key, by default, if more than one person occupy a room. We cannot expect that all the persons in a room go out together. (I got locked in 14th floor and had to wait till I got support from a room boy to move to my floor.) 2. The toilet doesn’t seemed to be disinfected. The toiletries were not refilled. Yellow colour for flushing water. 3. Provide minimum 1 litre water per guest per day. 4. No elevator access to car park area. We had to take luggages through stairs to reach entry.

Overall quality is Good. Breakfast was excellent. Service boys respond fast. Very comfortable bed.

Far from Kochi city centre takes almost 45 min to an hour drives.

Good buffet breakfast, very comfortable, clean, nice ambiance, good swimming pool, good customer service experience, over all very happy with our stay.

Couple of points on Breakfast: 1. The spread is limited for Vegetarians 2. I would request the management to clearly separate Vegetarian and Non-Veg food so that customers won't mix spoons and tongs of these food. When the area gets crowded, guests tend to use same serving spoons for Veg and Non-veg items. For example, Veg Stew and Chicken are kept side by side. Similarly Chicken Salami and cheese are kept side by side. Because of this, we had to stay away from stew and cheese, limiting our options further. There was ONE option for eggless pastries on the first day and it disappeared on the subsequent days of our stay.

Room size is not that spacious, bathroom is also very small, with minimal shower space. Felt a bit of clustered feeling. Expected a bit more from a 5 star hotel room. Even lighting was not bright, it was all dim gloomy lights all around. Replacing with white light would help.

It was a great buffet and selection of a mix of items. North Indian as well as south indian and continental. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even took care our on demand request to prepare an item which was not on buffet.

It said it had nice views but in reality it’s in the middle of a business park. I didn’t like staff entering my room whilst I was dishing up dinner and in my pjs asking for selfies! I also didn’t like how the hotel put the price up on everything if they organise a car for you it is triple the price of an uber. Hotel food prices were triple other local food establishments!

Rooms were comfortable and clean and a nice sized pool. Laundry service was really good.

Location was little off for my kinda vacation. It might suit some but not all. The morning breakfast has limited option. Taste was decent. Place was very limited and there were people sitting and standing in the hotel lobby with breakfast plates and eating. They tried to accommodate most of the guests by making them sit in the bar, etc. Still the long queues and waiting nearly costed the first half of the day. It’s a very valuable and pricey half a day vacation wasted. Next day we ignored the breakfast and saved valuable time.

Rooms were decent size. Clean and cozy. If you are travelling for business and you need to be closer to the IT parks, this is an ideal place. But if you’re sightseeing the kochi and its heritage, this is lil off from those.
