the noise on the night of a wedding we didn't know was happening when we checked in... We should have been asked if we required a quiet room away from the front of the hotel where it was taking place.

it was amazing, and the different variety of food was second to none.

Small things - 1. The dustbin was not emptied out properly and had wrappers and band-aids when we moved in. 2. We ordered room service and it was quite delayed. 3. The naan was very chewy and cold by the time it arrived. The rest of the food was delish!

Front desk was very efficient and helpful. The room allocation was done very well and the top room view was to die for! Ordered dinner through room service. The dal tadka was one of the best I have ever had!!

One thing which we didnt like during the stay is that there is no curtain etc to seperate out the bathroom light which can disturb the sleep of the other person if bathroom is used during odd hours. Speed of the wifi can improve as well, my 4g connection gave much better speed than the hotel wifi.

Breakfast spread was good and good too. They had live counters for egg, dosa and parathas so lot of options. Rooms were very clean and big but were very cold, took lot of time to be at room temperature for a comfortable stay. Staff is quite polite and courteous and prompt as well. Food at the Eatery restaurant can certainly be improved, apart from the breakfast buffet, whatever food items we ordered during our stay were not upto the standards of the hotel. Location of the hotel is quite good, there is a big Phoenix Mall hardly 5 mins walk from the hotel so lot of shopping options around.

Some of the staff members serving breakfast were very slow. When asked for toasted bread slices,there was considerable delay and when finally the slices were brought to our table, they were burnt.

The shower had a defect in the room allocated.. the water was accumulating on the side opposite to the drain and hence it was like a pool in the shower within few mins... that felt unhygienic

I just felt the water pressure in the taps and faucets in the bathroom could be more stronger.

The staff was very professional and friendly. A special thanks to mr. Jitendra who is the manager and extended himself in the most hospitable way to my requests. Right from concierge to front off staff to restaurant and housekeeping all pretty good. Highly recommend to other travelers. Good luck.

Overall, the property is good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast is reasonably good and offers good value for the price we paid. The property is a 10 min walk from Phoenix Market City mall in Viman Nagar and 20-30 min walk from the Aga Khan Palace. Overall it offered good value at a good price.
