Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I had a wonderful experience at the four points by sheraton, Jaipur. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again (entire staff) for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

IndiaInitially at the time of check-in, we were offered smoking room whereas we told about non-smoking room , so this service could have been better as we had to switch room again.
Food service was the best. I loved the experience of swimming pool, gym, room service and overall stay. I had an amazing time there. Not to forget about the warm welcome received at Eatery by Riya who used to host us into the food area. We loved talking to her as she was very nice and sweet person to talk to. Food preparation was amazing with the chefs very well groomed, talented and prepared tasty food which cannot be forgotten.

IndiaDoor key card are a bit tricky. Room service is a bit delayed. More of a business hotel. Preferably for business travelers then for family travellers.
Early check in allowed without any fuss..Rooms were adequately equipped. Complimentary sweets were good. Dinner and breakfast spread was exceptional.

IndiaSteam room was small by size. But when we compare the other facilities , it is not a big issue.
Breakfast was very good and value for the money . You could add some nuts also with the breakfast. Staff , especially Receptionist Mis. Rithika and manager Mr. Vinod was extremely helpful during our complete stay . They helped us with all possible way during the stay. The management has given special attention to the guests. I didn't feel the scarcity of water when we compare with the other hotels and value for money is 100%.

IndiaThe AC thermostat in the room was not working. Inspite of setting to 27 degrees, the room temperature stayed at 18 degrees - which was very chilly. We did not complain as we were in the room for few hours only.
Very nice room and bathroom. Nice facilities in room. Prompt service by hotel staff. Thanks to your team member for upgrading to suite room. (I was there for just four-five hours).
