The hotel is perfectly located near the fort, with a stunning view from the rooms and from the rooftop terrace. The place is decorated with taste and feeling very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and caring about its customers. It also feels like the staff enjoys working there (which is uncommon in India) and it gives a very good atmosphere. The hotel manager M. Pankaj is making you feel at home and is also a government guide so no need to look outside. Overall, an exceptional experience in a beautiful city

It’s a very well designed base to eat, drink, exercise and chill out in. Rooms are lovely and the terrace has a great view. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend!

A really lovely, calm place, beautiful design, with cool courtyards on multiple levels and modern spin on traditional architecture - all in golden sandstone. Nice big room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Wonderful staff who went the extra mile to look after us. Great rooftop restaurant - better than the places we went out to. Fabulous massage too!

This was easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in in all of our travels. The staff go above and beyond here and make you feel at home so easily. The room was lovely and the facilities great. The breakfast was delicious and it's great to have free tea and coffee throughout the day. The staff really looked after us after a couple of transport mishaps and our safety was their primary concern. A big thank you to Pankaj and the team...there is no better place to stay in Jaisalmer!

From the welcoming fresh flowers necklace to the scent in the lobby, to the complimentary chai and cake, to the amazingly kind and helpful staff, to the extreme comfort of the bed (the best I’ve had in India so far), to the brilliant location at the foot of the fort, to the rooftop restaurant with unbeatable view over the fort, great food and all the various areas where you can read, rest, contemplate before you head out to the business of the streets of Jaisalmer. I’m not sure I ever want to leave!!

This is the best hotel in Jaisalmer and possibly in all our trip. Every detail is thought of for good vibes, comfort and beauty. The interior design is to die for. The service is impeccable and the hotel manager is sweet, helpful and caring. The restaurant serves excellent food and very reasonably priced. And the location is perfect. Truly a 5 star experience!

NetherlandsThe shower takes a long time to heat up and there’s a sewer smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes. It’s probably not their fault because we’ve been noticing this in many places throughout India in the bathrooms specific.
It has an amazing decor and atmosphere. It was clean, beautiful and the beds are great. The personell were só friendly. It was the best place we stayed in all of North-India.
