Indianarrow entrance from main road & little bit difficult to find out. In google map search "gateway star hotel' can't be found properly but dalon hotel map can be found.. No window facility.. should be more active on cleanliness..
asked for 1st floor room as ground floor room sounds noisy & they managed it. managed a taxi for us to reach at Airport at reasonble price as we asked. Ac, fan was good. Location was good nearby of Mumbai Airport.

LithuaniaSmell - it seams people are smoking in the rooms. No window, so no fresh air. A/C is working but I couldn’t control it too much - temperature, intensity of the air. Direction is not possible to change at. Noise during the night. People are shouting in the corridor and nobody says anything to them. You hardly can find rest there
The staff was very friendly, helpful and finding solutions for everything what I asked. Price. And it’s real is not far from the terminal 2.

IndiaFirst of all, the location of the hotel is in a very narrow, secluded and shady lane surrounded by small shops where men stared at me every time I walked by. Also, the Ubers refused to drop me near the hotel as the lane road is very uneven. Second, there was no kettle or tea in the room as this is a customary requirement for hotel rooms for the price I had to pay. Third, there was a cockroach on my bed which is extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. Fourth, when I ordered some food for myself from Swiggy, the staff did not bring my food right away to my room but instead took my parcel inside the staff area to open it up. This is unprofessional and out of line behaviour. Overall, I would strongly suggest people to avoid booking this place especially, solo females.
