Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaMaintenance not upto the mark as property has got the facilities but same are not maintained in terms of cleanliness. Further, since construction is going on the property can be a good option to stay in Pushkar soon.
Property is good and is at great location away from the hustle of the city. Property has great infrastructure but needs maintenance.

India- Renovation project across the property making it dusty and could be an eyesore for some - Road connecting to Puskar Lake area is not walkable and in bad condition. Auto will cost you Rs 150 every time you step out

IndiaThis hotel is not fully complete including the dining area that is why it is scored less. Once completed this place will be crowded always. The hotel is 1 km from the city though it is accessible by walk. I scored less as the streetlights were not that visible during the night. When I did make a mention of the roads being dark at night near the hotel, they ensured complete safely and if required someone from hotel could pick us up if required. I didn't try as i walked to the hotel and reached safely. Thank You God !
I landed at Pushkar at 5 am while my check in was at 1pm (as any other hotel), however, the hotel staff Mohit was so kind to ensure that i get a bed to sleep as soon as i reached the hotel and not wait for check in formalities. He waited for me to arrive and opened the gate at 5 am (Wow). I did my check in at 1 pm post i got up and it was super smooth. the breakfast was complimentary too and it was lip smacking. The hotel staffs were very friendly

AustraliaRooms were quite cold and no heater. They provided very thin blankets which were not warm enough. In the room, two single beds were joined to make a double bed with a gap between mattresses in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good and wasn't presented neatly or hygienically.
Location was okay. They organised cultural program in the evening which was good.

India1. Building were under constructions, hence building really didn't look good to be included in pictures. 2. Food was inedible including tea. 3. Swimming pool was filled with metal pieces/dirt due to construction. 4. Difficult to park car in premises as if any construction material falls on car, it can damage car. 5. Also, we requested for change of rooms, as we had 3 rooms filled with 6+ members, requested to attached balcony which was not provided even when rooms were empty.
View was good from rooms and rooms were ready when we reached to the location.
