Towels look dirty and pale yellow in colour. Bedsheets had stains. A small Refrigerator is a basic requirement in a room which was not there in the suite room nor in the luxury room.The staff was very slow in service, had to give frequent reminders for small little things like dental kit or serving breakfast on time. No restaurant in the hotel was the biggest drawback.

The hotel location is near golden temple around 200 meters from back entry or Langar hall. Though the location is not easily reachable as the Punjab police has blocked the roads going towards Harmandir Sahib/Golden temple. You can still reach the hotel by Autorickshaw by entering through Sultan gate near the hotel. Tarun at the reception was friendly and even took us to wagah border at a reasonable price.

Room service, room cleaning could be improved. Suggest changing towels, providing tea bags etc for long stay durations.

The hotel room is grubby, the bathroom was dirty but the power of the shower was good. it’s very noisy from other guests talking, and laughing all night long.

Water was extremely hot and no one could alter it to a more bearable temperature. Bathroom fittings were broken and not working. Basic facilities were not working. No hair dryer was given. The restaurant was not working as well, not even a basic tea was available.

There is nothing to not like about the property.

The property is just beside the Jalianwala Bagh. From some rooms you can get view of the same. Staff are very cordial and helpful.

WE DID BOOKING 2 FAMILY SUITE ROOM BUT THEY MESS UP WITH 2 ROOM WITH QUEEN BED, WE WERE IN FAMILY AND END UP SEPARATLY STAY . THEY PROMISE US TO GET THE ROOM DONE ASAP BUT THEY DIDN'T WORK ON IT.ROOMS ARE SO SMELLY.

The place was dirty, as if I am stepping into a store on the street. Mud on the floor, sheets drenched with body hair of previous occupants since they haven't been changed with mud and dirt easily visible on it. Staff was requested to clean the room but merely changed the quilt cover and by dusting the old sheets and pillows thought the job was done. The floor was still in the same state, no toilet paper. This hotel is filthy to the standard of a cheap lodge. The management is letting waste of this property merely by missing the cleaning part.

Except location, everything about this hotel was a disaster. Firstly, after booking I had called the hotel twice regarding early check-in and they accepted but on arrival they claimed that no prior information was provided. They also did not respond to the messages and emails sent via booking.com portal. When we got check-in, we found out that the linens were not changed, bathroom was not cleaned. Used tissue paper of previous guest was still lying in the bathroom dustbin and the pot was dirty. They did not even keep a single soap in the washroom. The towels were wet as if the previous guest has used and they folded it and kept back. The bedsheet had hairs of the previous guest as well. Overall it was a pathetic experience with this hotel. It is better to visit and then book after checking on the rooms.
