Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The location of the hotel makes it inaccessible for cabs to reach there and hence have to walk after sometime.

At night it was extremely bright and noisy, which made it impossible to sleep. The staff and the other guests would spend the whole night shouting and playing music, even after explicitly asking them to stop. I never got any hot water from the shower, even after I asked them to fix it. The pillows were stained with what appeared to be blood, while the bed sheets were torn and stained with some greasy and disgusting substance (I tried not to ask myself what it was). The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was dirty and smelly.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Unfriendly staff. they try to not give us the upgrade room I had on booking.com giving us a normal room for the same price. I had to insist to have what we booked. then the sheets were not clean and I had to ask for clean one. they did it quickly ! The day after i wanted to book an other night at the same conditions but they didnt want so i had to book it again via booking.com to have the same upgrade they were offering. The last day on guy from the staff was very insistent and nearly aggressively selling things that we didn’t need or ask for. we had the impression that they were only interested in our money there and wanted to make money.

Didn't like anything.. No hot water in bathroom,only noise from others bathroom..
There was nothing good to like Denied room upgrade.. paid higher for cheap room No AC Untidy sheets, filthy blankets and cold water... TV didn't work by our wish... Poor location....no vehicles picked up or dropped there... Noisy all time .. couldn't sleep well Had to hear all sounds from nearby rooms..

I stayed in hotel glow in for 2 days. It is close to main Bazar near New Delhi railway station, paharganj. location is good everything is within walking distance.We were having difficulty finding this hotel but staff came to receive and help us to reach to the hotel. When we entered they gave us warm welcome. Staff was really friendly, helpful and patient. Service was quick and no matter what time 24/ 7 they are available. The room was very pleasant, clean and big that impressed me the most. Food was delicious and tea was awesome. Rates are also affordable, Overall on my next stays, I will definitely check into this hotel.

hotel requirements not met . staff not willing to work . not friendly nor helpful . wanted to stay for 4 days but checked out in 1 day . ordered a water bottle upon my check in which they totally forget . went to the reception 2 times to ask for a water bottle then i got it . washroom water leakage . staff should be available at all times for customers but here its different . room doesn’t look at all like pictures. even bathroom doesnt look . its in worse conditions ! maybe changing staff will change its service !

I had many times called the hotel reception for drinking water but they didn't respond. I had called the hotel reception for the geyser,towel,bath soap but they gave it to me after 4 hours. And the cable connection was not recharged so we couldn't see the TV. overall i will not recommend the hotel for families.
