United Arab EmiratesArrival experience - Low No assistance for luggage to take from the car or to drop while leaving. Nearly 15 to 20 mns for the check-in process. 1st room smell of mould / broken Ac panels, stained sheets 2nd room also similar with nit good view. Finally got in 3rd room - room was spacious but not in best of conditions ( Hotel needs to go under PPM process , bath tub was damaged , fixtures were damaged ) Grouting / silicon needed replacement / safe Box hard to open / Close. We checked out a day earlier.!!! The pool and beach experience was good. Breakfast options were good with various spreads. The food2 ordered from RS was good. HK guys were good and made animal folding on bed with small personal notes. Spa service was amazing. Overall, the property makes one feel valued for the money spent. Staff at reception need to be vigilant/ empathetic, Above all, are constructive feedback if taken into consideration.

United KingdomThe furniture in the room had a lot of sharp glass edges and one was slightly chipped. It made me worried that my son was going to fall and injure himself. It would have been nice to have a few more hangers in the wardrobe. It would be nice to have a high chair (baby chair) in the restaurant.
Large, airy rooms with two balconies and large beds. Nice pool with separate children’s section. Adequate breakfast selection with egg and dosa chef. Rooms cleaned and fresh linen daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free TukTuk ride to beach. Spa was lovely. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. For example the Hotel purchased a baby cot for my 12 month old as he sleeps better in his own bed.

United KingdomCleanliness could be improved in bar area and egg station. Reception staff not able to help much. Final account wrong and took a lot of time to correct and still felt I was not believed. Had to wait at check out while the mini bar was checked even though it had never been stocked.

RussiaThere is no real coffee for breakfast, only powdered. Very limited menu and high food rates for lunch. The aircon leaked in the room #302, but we did not approach the hotel staff with this issue, we just did not use it.
The rooms were spacious, cleaning ok, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near beach (about 10 min to walk). Food quality was good. Good selection for breakfast. A selection for dinner was smaller, but also OK. I would like to thank the hotel management and staff separately. We were not quite ordinary clients for the hotel. We are the student team that participated in the finals of an international engineering competition in space robotics at BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus. And the hotel management kindly allowed us to store our equipment that we used in the competition on the hotel premises. And the staff kindly saved it. Thanks to you, we were able to perform very successfully at the competition. Thank you very much.

United KingdomThe name is misleading - it says 5 mins from the beach but it's only 5 mins if you have transport (rickshaw, scooter or car) otherwise, its a 20-25 min walk to the beach.
The rooms were very spacious, friendly and helpful staff.

United KingdomI didn’t like the drains smell, which seemed to appear for a few days at a time, on and off. You would have to be an Olympic walker to get back from the beach in 5 minutes. But they did have a complimentary tut-tut service on the hour. There were no baby facilities - separate cot in the room or baby chair in the restaurant. The hotel did provide a cot after we complained.
Good selection for breakfast. Would have liked real coffee rather than powder. Very limited menu, so not conducive to eating in, unless there was a buffet, which was rare. Extremely friendly and helpful staff without exception. A real joy, and made the holiday much more fun. Cleaning ok but a little erratic… probably would help if they spent less time on towel sculpting and more on the job. My daughter’s room was well appointed, although the aircon leaked. Mine was well appointed and on the ground floor, but near the waste processing centre, so often smelled of drains. (They did offer to relocate me, but I have difficulty with stairs and lifts)

IndiaWe struggled with TV the entire time and had to call up engineers to fix it every time we wanted to watch something. Umbrellas were offered on Security Deposit of 1k (which should be charged only if lost) as it is a basic necessity while going out in Monsoons and should be extended to residents without much hassle. Their tie-up with taxi service charges a bomb when compared to outside rates but you will have to walk outside as there are some taxi union issues.
The best part was clean rooms and the prompt housekeeping as and when required. Jagadish and Mr. Naval (F&B) at the Restaurant were always around to help and assist with customised requirements and the food though limited in Veg was comforting and tasted good. The property is well-maintained and is surely a value for money.
